they lied about having my part, sent me to a different shop but made me pay them, had to go back and get my money then head to the other shop, lied over the phone, rip off. drove 3 hours for this.

Most unprofessional auto parts I can think of, I called twice to confirm that they had my car part and once I got there after driving an HR away & pushing emergency’s to the side I got there all for the boss to tell me he doesn’t have my part & that it would be $200 more then what the first price he told me was which was $180. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. Also it looks like the building is falling apart you’ll might want to look into that.
