I called them two hours ahead and the guy was called Luis he told me that the parts would be ready once I arrive. I arrived and there was no parts ready. They didn’t even know if the part was damaged or not, and we found out that all the parts were damaged so they didn’t have the part I was looking for after driving 57 minutes
Super poor customer service and even the manager, the old guy with the sunglasses all the time I asked him for a discount for their big mistake and he refused and it wasn’t even the part I was looking for
Bought a module from these guys went home installed it turns out it was a bad module. Called them 2 hours after leaving their shop to let them know module was bad they asked for diagnostic codes (C2200-49) and said the would call back never did. Called next morning and told me they're mechanic said I had to disconnect my battery and let module reset. I have all my proper diagnostic tools and you shouldn't have to "reset" a module by disconnecting battery. Went into they're shop next day and just gave me a bunch of BS and run around and tried up charging me 150$ for another module. Mark is a scammer don't recommend this place. Take your money else where .
Absolute trash customer service. Kept leading me on about shipping a part. Told me I had to pay first so i kept asking how to pay. Finally told me it had to be through Zelle. Why not by Credit Card??
Best helpful staff and overall great pricing. They won't let you out with a bent spindle and if somehow you do they have the best customer service to fix situation .
They sold me a broken part and I didn't know until I got to the mechanic because I don't know anything about cars. They will also over charge for the parts also and customer service is bad. When I went there to return they refuse to give me my money back. So I lost $150. I don't know if it's because I am women that the took advantage of me even when I first went there they did not even seem like they wanted to help me.

Just ask the chick at the front to look up a car on the yard. She can tell you if and where the car is located on the yard and the color of the car too.

A good place to get the parts you need. I recommend calling ahead of time, checking if they have your part in inventory, going early, and taking the part off yourself.
It's self service n full service used auto parts store, very big n nice place, once in 30 days, have half price Sale, which is lots of savings on used parts
However, the Owner need to look into the fact that some of parts prices are as much as the price of new...change to lower.
This is a to go place for parts! Mark is a great, helpful, and knowledgeable person that goes out of his way to make sure your taken care of. Recommend!
they will make you test their part and if it is no good and they dont have it. will hard luck now you have to wait till they purchase another vehicle and you start praying that it is a working part. they give you 3 months warranty but not on labor.. buy LKQ at least they test their parts and will pay for labor if it is defective. I have had my fair chair. also they dont answer the phone it is always busy and they never return your phone call back. vert bad business practice.
