Don was an incredible tow truck driver. He arrived within 15 minutes of getting my call, hooked up to the truck, and flawlessly backed it in to a very tight driveway within minutes. I’ve had some bad experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but this was hands down the most painless process I could’ve imagined. Anytime I ever need a tow in the future I will be giving him a call. Thank you!
Don was great! I was not sure what was wrong with my vehicle and Don attempted to give me a jump to avoid the cost of a tow. I appreciated that he did not immediately assume that my car needed to be towed. If I get stuck again I will definitely be calling Don!
