Don provided me with exceptional service. I requested jump start service and he told me he would arrive within 15 minutes. He arrived exactly when he said he would which I really appreciate. Also, I am not a car person but he educated me on what was wrong with my car and answered all my questions while also making it easy for me to understand. Thanks Don!
Don was great! I was not sure what was wrong with my vehicle and Don attempted to give me a jump to avoid the cost of a tow. I appreciated that he did not immediately assume that my car needed to be towed. If I get stuck again I will definitely be calling Don!
Don was an incredible tow truck driver. He arrived within 15 minutes of getting my call, hooked up to the truck, and flawlessly backed it in to a very tight driveway within minutes.
I’ve had some bad experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but this was hands down the most painless process I could’ve imagined. Anytime I ever need a tow in the future I will be giving him a call.
Completely rude people. Called to get help for towing my car for a blowout and got an Attitude with me telling me they can’t help me. Would never recommend them
Very quick to arrive. But he charged me $120 to pull me out of a ditch(understandable( On top of that, I only had $200 in cash, and after handing him the money, he walked around his truck then got back into the track and IMMEDIATELY got aggressive and said I only gave $80

Great customer service! Fair pricing. I was panicking because my car wouldn't start. Don told me that he could get to me in 20 minutes. He arrived within 20 minutes as promised and was very professional. He even sent me a picture of my vehicle to let me know that it was safely dropped off to the auto repair shop.
Great customer service, great timing and friendly all around! I had a rough start to my day and my truck would not start and I had called several other tow companies all told me it would be an hour to 2 hours before they could get to me I called Southwest towing and he was here within 15 minutes. The price is there a reasonable and the service was professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I called 6-7 local towing companies before I got in touch with Don. Save yourself the runaround and call him first: he's got the most affordable rate I could find, he's a great communicator, and he knows his business. In my case, I needed a 60 mile tow after a brake failure on the 610 (not a good day). Don had to drive a pretty long distance to get back before he could move on to the next job, but he took it on and gave me a bit of a discount, too.
If you need your car towed you're probably not having a good day. However, I was lucky enough to call Southwest towing. He worked with me on price, was accurate & on time with his service. Don just helped tow my car and I couldn't be happier. He showed up within 10 mins of me calling and was so nice over the phone, which had a calming effect. As a young women he did not make me feel uncomfortable by any means, infact quite the opposite with his caring personality. We handled everything professionally and quick. Great towing company! They were fast, quick, and easy to work with. The pricing was better than anywhere else in my area, they really came through when I needed their help. I am very grateful for this company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
When my car overheated in the mid-town area I called many wrecker companies for prices and estimates of arrival time to get to me they varied greatly. I set up a call with Apple Towing because it was the cheapest and was given an eta of 1 hour but after waiting an hour and a half I gave Southwest a call back and he arrived in less than 15 minutes. He was courteous and respectful with me and my car and his rate wasn't the highest but was just more than happy to get home. I've saved his number to use him again if the need arises although I certainly hope I won't need his service again but he'll be my first call if I do.
