This company was routed to me through AAA. I requested to have my car towed to my dealership. The driver refused, stating the dealership is closed today. I told him I had taken care of that and just needed him to perform the tow. He refused. He hung up on me, declined to answer when I called back, and the AAA representative stated he also told her he would not pick up the car. I would never trust this company. I would never ask them for help. I wouldn’t call this company if they were the last on earth.
Ali was a dream! I couldn’t have asked for a better towing experience. He checked if he could help me out before having to tow my car, which I appreciated. And on route to the mechanic he shared some similar experiences and solutions. Highly recommend!
He is one of the best people I have dealt with to tow my car. He comes exactly on time and is very understanding. The thing that I noticed about him is that he pays attention to the smallest details when he tows your car. He is very careful and his price is very suitable for everyone.
The customer service from AMB is incredible! My car would not start, was stuck in neutral with the emergency break on, and was on the second floor of a parking garage the truck did not fit in and Ali helped me push the car out of the garage to tow it to a service station. He was also super nice and professional the whole time. Would definitely recommend!
A very sweet man helped me get my car out of a ditch this morning. I had pulled up and it got stuck on a driveway late last night. He arrived very early this morning and very quickly. I wish I could’ve tipped but he left so fast!
AMB Towing sure took care of me today. Gentleman arrived in twenty minutes after I had been stranded at Memorial Park. He texted me photos of my vehicle after arriving safely at the service center.
