I guess because I was a woman picking up parts they gave me a really high price for something little, said one price one the phone and another price when I got there
Went in to ask about a motor , didn’t even bother to ask. Employees were drinking Buchanan’s whiskey in my face. Looks like a dump no one takes their job serious seems like they just want quick cash.
Moe Moraciou is very rude, unprofessional .He talk to customer any how he want without respect.l wish l knew the owner of the salvage yard ,so l can report him ,That basta is sending another of customers away because of her rudness
Called and very noisy and hard to understand but asked twice on part and price. Drove six hours to find out they wanted an additional $500 because they said they misunderstood what I wanted. Not friendly about either. Turned around and drove another six hours without part.
I called those people they say they have all the parts they make me drive hour and a half and they tell me all we don't have none of the parts they just love wasting people time big scammer
Went in this morning and the cashier( guy with earing) was very rude after I showed him the price on the internet( new part) there's a reason why I go to these places to have better deal. He was trying to rip me off and denies to provide recip, I addressed this to the manager. You are losing money by giving this customer service.
No good parts are not correct they just make excuses ........I have to deal with the cashier want to take 20%thats insane no correct parts and give me. Core they are not good
If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know how you sleep at night taking people's hard earned money, and selling no good parts. Bought a motor from them, and it lasted 2 months, WOW!
Salesman Abdallah was a cool guy but the other guy moe, mauricio whatever his name is, is rude tried to explain how to easily take apart what I needed but he kept talking over me and didn’t care, thinks he knows what he’s talking about when he doesn’t , that alone will make me never wanna buy from this company
Very disappointed with this place!!! I called and they told me $25 for a hood latch even confirmed the part was there for me . I get there say I called and I uninstall the part from a stacked car with no help from anyone . After I get to the counter guy says $50 and I tell him I called ahead and he says there are only 2 employees and they both deny giving me that price . I will never come back and strongly recommend you don’t use this business if you want to avoid wasting time and money!!!
Mo was very nice and professional, I was about to leave because the other guy was not helpful at all, but when mo jump in the medal I change my mind and bought a lot of parts from them.
I will definitely go there again and by parts for my shop from Mo only!
Came for a part they claimed was in stock, the guy at the front ignored me when I asked to where to find the car i was looking for. Tried to sell me the part so much more than what its worth and then i low balled him and he took it? like how do you go from over 200 down to 40? never going back. Terrible service and people.
I've made the drive down from Humble multiple times. They won't bother checking to see if they have the part. They will just LIE to you over the phone and say they have it.
Bought a engine I was told it ran great and low miles. Then after installing it we found out the engine was bad. I was they would discount for my inconvenience and that was a lie also!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!
Recently stopped by and there is new management... quality parts and good service! Motor I bought runs great! Don't always judge by reviews from anons on google. They have my business!
I wouldn’t give them a star at all this place is a joke. I do recommend to report them to the BBB like I just did so they can be closed down so they can stop committing fruad.
This place is a complete rip-off . they charged me $1000 to rebuild a transmission. and took over 1 month to do it. it never worked so i took it to another shop that took it apart and showed me proof that it was never rebuilt , ever. they are a complete FRAUD.
I came in for an engine change after Hurricane Harvey, the first time I picked up my SUV, my engine still didn't work and now I had transmission problems and a low tire light and my radio was switched. I left it there pleading to them to fix it, I came back a second time to pick it up and everything was fixed, I thought. I went back a third time because my Kenwood DVD Radio had been switched, they didn't believe me, I showed them the receipts I had and the receipt for the installation package I bought for it. I knew they switched because I initially installed the radio myself because I did electrical work in the military for 6years. I told them I needed my radio back, the owner's son told me the world didn't revolve around me and I couldn't get it at that moment because I took so long to pay them.
I went back a fourth time, They lied to me saying they bought the same model I claimed was stolen, just for me, but when I installed my radio back the Bluetooth serial number matched what was in my phone and I knew that this was finally my radio. Only now it malfunctions and doesn't play consistently.
And now in idle my SUV smells like exhaust, and after driving, my SUV wreaks of gasoline.
If I could give them 0stars I surely would. They are not to be trusted, I tried speaking with the owner and I was told he owns so many businesses they never know when he's going to be in. I plan to report them to BBB but they're not registered under Space City Auto Parts.

Terrible customer service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They ripped me off, over charged me and refused to even give me some of my money back, even though I didn’t receive any car parts. I would never recommend anyone go here there is another auto shop down the street cal halo auto parts they are cheaper and way better customer service.
Not true to there word.. Very bad business.. Bought a motor.. The motor was bad. They dont want to get me another now im still without motor and car is still sitting.. They are very bad business dont bother doing work with them.. All they want is your money with no working products. Its been almost 6 months now and still no word from them on refund or replacement. Don't order from space city imports... Very bad service...
