Worse experience, called about a simple part giving them the part number confirmed they had it .. we installed the part on the vehicle and it was the incorrect part . They claimed they had another one also the incorrect part
They don’t know what they are doing they made me waste my time .
Not a good place. Scammers if you ask me. Sold me wrong part and on top of that a bad part which cost me 541.25. Took part back next day and would not refund me my money. It’s funny how the bottom of the receipt says all claims and returns must be accompanied by this bill, which I had in my hand and still to this day will not give me my money back.
SCAM ALERT! How on EARTH is this place still in business! Sold me a foodtruck for $12000 that was supposed to be in runing condition. Put Silicone on the motor block to seal it up and didnt tell me. The owner, Ceaser said he would have his mechanic come look at it and never did. Unfortunately I didn't look at the reviews before I came here!
Do Not recommend them! Bought a cluster and got a written one day warranty on reciept. A few gauges didn't work so I returned it the next morning .They could not produce another cluster and refused to give my money back as agreed (written) the day before. Forced purchase of a random part that i didn't need.
Stay away from this place they are thieves and they sell you all old grong parts and they don't refund you money back because they policy ,tha is the way thieve the money from you, if you don't want get bad time Stay away from this place.
Stay Away “Very High Prices” “Broken Part” “No Refund only Store Credit” So Rude after asking about a Refund, comments like “we sell part no Colors” Beside playing Christian Music. Got my Part out of “LKQ for $20 they got me for $170 stock with a Store Credit”
If I could give them zero stars I would. My mechanic purchased a transmission from Benjamin that he knew was bad and now he refuse to refund the money. As soon as the mechanic knew the part was bad he immediately reached out to Benjamin and he still was no help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! THEY WILL SELL YOU BAD PARTS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY! POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We bought a transmission and it was only 10 days when we tried to return it and Benjamin was nasty and rude he lied day after day and said he was talking to the owner about it. And Benjamin told me he wasn’t doing anything about it and hung up in my face. This place has a lot of bad reviews I would never go there again and I believe honestly he sold it knowing it was bad.reading the reviews they have done this to a lot of people. This place should be shut down and never allowed to sale parts again. If the owner is allowing this to happen he’s just as bad as the workers!!!
I was looking for a fuel tank for a 99 Ford ranger and even though they didn't have one to fit my truck, they were very helpful in looking around at other used parts stores
I will probably be going back for other items on my hard to find list...
WATCH OUT WITH A GUY NAME JUNIOR. HE WILL TELL YOU ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE, THEN WHEN YOU GO PICK UP PART WILL DOUBLE THE PRICE. NOT PROFESSIONAL . STAY AWAY FROM THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS. HOPE SOMEONE ABOVE HIM WILL SHOW THE RIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
Very bad service and business product didn't work gave me a set price when I called then raised it once he knew I had money when I pulled up and one of the guys at front desk was musty
Referred to this place by another parts dealer. Called, part was there. Asked what time they closed. Guy told me 5:30 pm. I show up after a long trip a little after 5 to a closed door and unanswered calls. Can't trust them to know their own hours, much less anything else. Avoid.
Very Helpful and Reliable. Even though they didn't have the part, they went above and beyond with customer service. Definitely will continue coming back!
I GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE THERES NO 0 OPTION.
MY BEST FRIEND HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THEM TODAY.
3 MONTHS AGO THEY REPLACE IT THE ENGINE ON HIS TRUCK, THE ENGINE WAS BAD AND FOR 3 MONTHS THEY KEEP TELLING HIM THEY'RE GOING TO FIX IT, BUT JUST LIE TO HIM. THEY DIDN'T REFOUND HIS MONEY OR DID ANYTHING TO HELP.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

If I could give them zero stars I would! They have no clue what they are doing! They gave us the wrong transmission twice, then told us that it wasn’t their fault. Then they pushed off giving us the right transmission the 3rd time because they had other customers. This was after they already received our money and gave us the wrong transmission twice!
