Recently I came in to pick up a clamp and it was the complete wrong one even after I sent an image of the exact one I needed. Upon returning to swap the part out, they deliberately made me move my vehicle from behind their gate, yelling I couldn’t park there. Mind you, the rest of the lot was full, so I reversed behind the gate and parked where instructed. Not only did I have to wait a half hour to swap the part, my vehicle was hit by one of their workers and they absolutely claim they are not responsible. I wish I could rate this with no stars as they were incompetent to provide any service that was needed. Police report has been filed as well, I hope nobody else has to endure more troubles at this place. I regret even going. The scratch went thru the wrap and paint down to the primer that’s applied before paint
Clean and very organized junk yard I’ve ever been to. Staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. The girls really know their parts.
