Worst place to do business. Employees are rude and have no compassion or integrity. I did my transaction over the phone and was held accountable for info they withheld during the transaction and the info was also not printed on the receipt. When I tried to get it resolved I was disrespected and disregarded. It’s only 1 star because I can’t put ZERO!
Great shop! Great people! Sketchy parking. they did a great job for me. helped me get some great prices on parts both new and used. they worked with me on the best approach to repair my wreck damage. I got a great repair at a price that can't be beat.
All of their parts are reasonably priced and reliable. I’ve never had any issues with any of the parts or anything messed up from the installation. The mechanics are very knowledgeable
Lorie is really nice at the front desk she was friendly at the greeting. However it became quite obvious that she was not being truthful with time. I prepaid a deposit and was told the parts would be ready for pick up in 1 hour. After arriving to the location, Lorie explained that the parts still weren’t ready. I called at 10:54 am. I walked into office at 1:30 and spoke to the manager and he explained that he no longer wanted my Buisness because I voiced my disappointed with the level of service I was receiving. After seeing the rotors they were selling I was no longer interested in the first place. They had a sign saying no refunds however after he refused service after the parts were pulled. I have no other thing to think besides discrimination. Videos will be posted #badservice #notproblack I never talked loud with anyone or direspected anyone i just needed to get back on the road to Houston and sooo much time was wasted just for them to refuse me service. #horribleexperience Mike the owner is in the video calling the shots. I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog!
I called for a back glass for my 2008 Ford escape, they had it, and it was priced very reasonable. Then I needed to replace a steering knuckle, I bought the part, and they put it in for me at a very very great price for the labor. I dropped it off one morning at 8 am and picked up at noon when they called me that it was ready. I just want to thank y'all for being able to help me.
Omg...my favorite auto part and service shop. The prices are the best! And the counter your lady, Shanie was so helpful with a # 1 personality. The owner Mr. Mo seems to be a little grumpy but that's just his personality...I have no problem with that because he's very knowledgeable! Thank You guys so much for my new windshield!
Had to call 3 different times just to see if they could even order the part. Finally got it ordered and not only was it not exactly what I needed it came damaged. Called to see what they could do to help my situation the lady was not very helpful in the fact she refused to even believe that my part was broken. Very unprofessional and unorganized is how'd I would describe my experience. Inwould like to mention they were willing to test and exchange the part for me but it wasn't till they had lost my trust in the whole process. I've never experienced this much difficulty in purchasing or returning amytbing with this much difficulty that I just gave up trying with them and brought my buisness elsewhere. Learned a good lesson thats for sure and I wont trust a buisness again that states all sales final
I will start off by saying I am sooooo disappointed and dissatisfied with this whole ordeal that I have had to go thru with this place of business , I will say the women at the front is nice as long as you show her good vibes she will have great vibes right back that was the only good part ! I purchased a engine and had the mechanic install it ✅ WRONG thing to do , I thought I killed 2 birds with one stone NOPE, This man made the vehicle worse then befor the engine locked , He literally took the bad engine out and put the new engine in , he did not replace ANYTHING… no gaskets nothing he then told me the loud azz fan noise coming from my car was the muffler IT WAS NOT , He also says a piece broke off and needs to be welded on and gave me the piece …. After I had my check engine light turn on and come to find out it ha a exhaust leak coming from the engine but u need to actually find it and fix it , most likely because he did not check anything other… he threw it in cranked it and said okay done … NEEDLESS You can hear me coming from a block away …… Do not have any major work done if you dont know much about cars , but I do know something is not right with my vehicle after this chop shop screwed me
Took 2 hrs to figure out regulator for window didn't fit, hung my window with 2 aluminum pieces, charged $39, window still had a crack where rain, could come in. Purchased regulator at Oreilly, fitted perfectly, installed 1 hour by a professional, works perfectly. Never want to do business with this company again, poor work quality.
I called to get a quote and they were not helpful at all when it came to helping me out with a new windshield. An older lady at the front desk asked me to text my VIN number to them and I never got a response even after following up with them, I was just ignored. Please do not come to this place unless you want to waste your time.
This place will give you a estimate, and than change it after their done , didn't fix my car right at all. Only go for parts because the macanics are not good
The installers there will break your property trying to fix other problems and will have no remorse for what they do. Mr. Moe , doesn't like to honor the honor policy and keep your receipts by all means. Cause his way of keeping track of this is just waiting for the i.r.s to audit him. Buy your parts off line these ppl are rude.
I called and some lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and then put me on hold forever and told me they didnt have the car I was looking for well I went anyway and they DID have the car I needed to pull parts from
The place look like a bomb went off in the building, but the staff has a system of organization there (Just like Dad's Shop) the known where everything is located. Great service had parts when promised & quick installation.
Called part was there used for better price, got there they could not find the part. Was forced to buy part brand new at a increased price. Told me new part would be in on Thursday of last week and still waiting on the new part. Very unorganized place.
Long story short they are the best! Mr. Moe took care of me as a single mom and made everything the best! I recommend him any day and the prices are amazing! I do not usually do these kind of reviews but this was the best ever! Oh and the ladies at the desk were so sweet and so nice!!!
The front desk women are rude af I called and that morning about a rear side mirror and I didn't get a call back till 4:30 or 4:45 so I went there to ask for a cap I walked n spoke to them and no one said nothing so I asked who did I speak to on the phone twice no one said anything so a lady said I talked to her on the phone but I didn't tell her to come here and told her I know you didn't I jus wanted to show you the part words was said and I left bad customer service will never go back there they don't deserve one star how they treated me
Always the best prices in town, I drive from houston to here because its the best and most honest and truthful place. Owner is a wonderful and great man. He always looks to better his business and is always honest. Love this place
Horrible service the man behind the counter was very rude and when i ordered a piece on a monday they told me i would get it tuesday and its next monday now and they still dont have it and now they dont want to answer the phones when i want to check on my part arrival after this i will never do business there again period.
Good prices, great to find parts, nice customer service and they know about their bussines, so if need help, guide or whatsoever in the parts really need to find, this is the place.
