I had a tensioner pulley go out on my vehicle so it threw the serpentine belt so I was stranded. I called a couple of other tow companies and was put on hold for several minutes so I called Chuck's. They immediately took my order and I had a tow truck to me in 20 minutes. Brian was my driver and was really cool and professional. I don't want to be in the position to need a towing service but if I am, I'll be sure to call Chuck's again.
Cannot recommend Chuck any higher. I recently had a flat tire issue that required removing some rounded lugs that I didn't have the tools to do myself, so I called Chuck to help me with a tow. While Chuck was happy to send a truck, he suggested I call his friend at Gulf Coast Tire to see if he could help me instead and ultimately save me money. I did, and Gulf Coast Tire helped me out and got me on my way. As I was driving home, Chuck called me to make sure I got taken care of and that everything was ok. Totally unnecessary of him, but an incredible gesture. Not only did he help me resolve my issue, but he saved me time and money, and then called to make sure I was ok. I'm so thankful for Chuck and absolutely recommend anyone that needs help to make him your first call!
Couldnt give me a quote because they never heard of the town we were in...not sure how this place functions...lady that answers the phone is dumber than a bag of rocks
I had to help some people with a breakdown on i10 and chucks wrecker service showed up. The tow truck driver was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. Five star service is what we received that night. Will definitely be using them next time and be my go to for wrecker/towing service.
Do not call here had to go to hospital after wreck parts was stolen off the truck stole my rim that came off during wreck and claims the spare tire that was already in bed was rim they picked up DO NOT I REPEAT CALL THEM unless u want to have stuff come up missing
I have used Chucks wrecker service at least twice since moving to Beaumont. Both times, they have been professional and very cordial to deal with. The wait times have not been unreasonable either. Today, they towed me to a shop in Nederland, only for the shop to say they can't help me. He loaded my motorcycle back on the wrecker and towed me from Nederland to back to Beaumont for a very reasonable rate. He took great care in loading and unloading my bike. I would recommend them to anyone.
Engine failed on the side of I-10 outside of Winnie and AAA never sent anyone. Called Chuck’s and he got out to us and towed us to the service center within an hour and a half. Quick, good conversation, 195 for the thirty minute drive but for the time and generosity I have no complaints.
Dorian helped me out when my car got stuck in a pot hole. He was fabulous! He got out here fast, got my car unstuck. And the price was extremely fair! I couldn't be more pleased with the services I recieved!
Called Chuck/requested TOW. Wrecker-Operator Thomas got 2 my out-of-town location -hours- B4 I thought he could.

Do not use this company. They quoted me $150 towing fee from Classic Chevrolet to Port Neches Texas. However they tried to charge my insurance company $492. This fee gets passed right down to me. Sad thing is it isn't even an insurance claim. Stay way away. Double billing scammer!
called them but they throght another company was coming so they didnt take the call. so i called another tow truck and paid them 140.00 tried to give the business to Beaumont but Groves end up with the business
I called at 8:00 at 8:15 the tow truck was there to get my car and bring me to a tire shop at a very affordable price . My insurance company gave me a eta of 75 mins chucks wrecker service arrived in 15 minutes exactly and were much cheaper . Thank y’all
I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that towed my car, but he was a true professional. He took great care of My Dodge Challenger when I lost my key on a long trip and had to take it to the dealership for a replacement. He was kind and made me feel very comfortable as a female in a town I'm not familiar with. He was also very patient while they unlocked my car so I could get my wallet and release the e-brake to unload more safely. Thank you!

Was going to use Chucks to haul a 10 by 12 very professional and hands down the best rate,l, way below their competitors. Sadly, some unexpected problems came up and I was unable to initiate the call I'm time and he had to released the driver.

So the van breaks down on the I-10 East going home from Houston. I have AAA but they didn’t show so I called Chucks towing and they took the best care of me and my wheelchair bound passenger and got the van to the shop in Beaumont. Five stars to them and no stars to AAA
