NEVER EVER LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR CAR! The driver completely destroyed the control arm on my wheel when trying to shake my Camaro ss off the back of the truck. Then had the nerve to tell me it was like that when he DROVE THE CAR UP THE RAMP TO GET IT ON THE TRUCK. If you’re not mechanically inclined you can NOT drive with a completely separated lower control arm the wheel would snap off and you would not be able to steer. He then told me good luck in court and that the owner would laugh at me for even trying to get paid for the damages they caused. $2000+ of damages and just drove off like he did nothing wrong. Absolutely disgusting this company is as crooked as it gets.
La Uno helped me on a tough day when my car broke down and wouldn’t move and I had to go back to work. Made my day much easier when I called them. Car arrived safe to shop with no issues.
This company should be shut down once and for all.
They have been giving me the run around for weeks now on purpose I think they are trying to basically steal my vehicle. I call and spoke to the guy and he say I need only one thing then get to office an speak to this lady at front office and she says I don't have enough proof that it's my car which is ridiculous and she is very rude and by far horrible at customer service. I'm going to try to take any legal action I can to put a stop to these crooks so they can't do this to anyone else ever again.
Called and talked to someone, they gave us one address then they called back and told us to go to another one, we get to the destination and that one isn’t correct either, they’re on the phone yelling and taking crazy when they’re the one who’s giving us the incorrect addresses, telling me I don’t know how to listen or hear when all I need is my things out my car, not too be talked to crazy.. Very unprofessional… and when we finally got there she was very rude, rushing us, still talking crazy, telling us to hurry up and she didn’t have all day, she was ready to go.. but was on the phone trying to sell more cars.
Unprofessional, I went the office to get my car and the unprofessional woman, told me to wait 30mins. Because she busy eating , keep in my I was in hurry cause I had to be on the way to job.
Took almost 3 hours. My dad a Vietnam Veteran on Veterans day. Waited hours for a tow truck. Then was charged $240 cause he needed help to get his car home from a tow truck. If that's not a slap in the face for fighting for his country.... Thank-you all Military veterans for your Service.
Misleading information on pricing. When I called I was quoted $85 to tow the car if still in beaumont. From where the car was towed to where it was dropped was less than 2miles. Car was picked up @210pm and dropped off @215 and I was quoted $100. When I asked why the change of prices I was asked to talk to the driver!!! They couldn't explain to me how it went from $85 to $95 plus $5 fees for using a card!

I’ve been trying to find the name of the wonderful man who helped my son and I in the middle of the night back in May. My moving truck brown down in Beaumont and one of your angels came to our rescue to pull us to safety since the truck broke down on the feeder. He then stayed with us until he was called to another call. Thank you so much. I’ll never forget your random act of kindness!
Last night my son was was in an accident where an 18 wheeler hit him. The Bmt PD called out La Uno towing and when the driver pulled up said it would be $290 to tow it to Vidor from 7th St. When the driver found out that we got someone to do it for 200 he changed his mind and then he could do it for their standard fee of $165. Very disappointed in the fact that a company would try and take advantage of a bad situation. I will never recommend La Uno to anyone.
I got off work at 9 pm my honda ridgeline broke down on side of the i10 freeway. I called a friend and la uno wrecker they had everything ready just as my friend pulled up. thanks la uno wrecker service; for making the best of a dangerous situation!
Dealing with this place was a whole nightmare. Not one employee there knows what is going on. I hated every minutes of dealing with them so much so that I wanted to call a whole different company to tow my truck away from there. Un-professional, un-organized and RUDE. Avoid this place like the plague.
5 hours and the Company my insurance called failed to get the job done but La Una stepped in on a Sunday … late evening and ACED it and wasted no time doing it. Thank you La Uno. You saved me
First off lady at the front desk is very rude we talked to the owner of the place about getting stuff out of the car when we went up their everything was good he was making a copy of the license and had to call her over their for assistants and she tells us we can’t get the stuff out with our proof of ownership my husband then tells her he had the paper they mailed and his ID matching the address she said we needed the title it wasn’t till I jumped in and had to tell her that obviously he was on the title or they would’ve sent him the certified letter and that if she looked on his ID and the certified letter everything matched that she finally let us go get some stuff out the car I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what but from the other reviews seems like she’s always like this she literally had a whole attitude with my husband from the moment she walked in she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills
When you’re working in the customer service department, professionalism and customer service skills go a long way. This is by far the rudest and most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to work with. Today I missed an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and when I called to reschedule the appointment the lady with the missing tooth was the rudest ever! All I was trying to do was see what time I could come to the yard to pick up my sons items and she went completely off! She told me she was picking up lunch and would get there when she gets there! What kind of company reply’s like that when I was simply trying to communicate a time to meet up with her. Not to mention I did her a favor by coming back to the yard at her request due to her having an irate customer at her gate when I went there initially at 10am therefore SHE requested for me to come back at 1230pm. ( Like I said earlier I did miss the 1230 appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and called back at 110pm) But when she had a problem earlier that morning, I was open and willing to accommodate her. No Problem was my response. Now my sons school meeting did run longer then expected and I called back 30 minutes later to inform her as well as reschedule an appointment, only to be meet with, I’ll be there when I get there! I run this tow company alone and you can sit there until I get there is completely and utterly ridiculous as well as unprofessional as a company. She was very rude and continued to argue her point of she waited for me now I should just wait as well as she’s not going to give me a time of arrival. Just she’ll get there when she gets there. I again explained well can you call me and let me know once you’re on the way or there so I can come back she again stated she’ll get there when she gets there she will not give me a time. I AGAIN explained there is no reason for the rudeness and poor managerial skills and for one reason or another she became more ridiculous and impossible to deal with. When I pointed out I was courteous enough to reschedule when she was dealing with a situation, her response was that was none of my business! However she made it my business when she used that at the reasoning for me to come back at 1230. Anyways long story short here is, if Tricia is the face of this company the reviews will continue to be an epic fail as she is the absolute by faaaar the most unprofessional person Ive ever had to deal with on a professional level. I will say this! Thank God they ended u sending Ramon out to meet me, HE was very kind and understanding to this entire situation and if it wasn’t for his compassion and willingness to help me I’d give this company 0 stars!!! So thank you Ramon for your help and kindliness! La Uno better keep him on because he’s truly the clean u man behind that poor excuse of a representative Tricia. (I may have the spelling of her name wrong) But the fact still remains that this woman is ultimately a poor reflection to this company!
This company is running illegally around Beaumont. They do not have proper insurance for towing and on the hook .They also do not have TDLR They don't know what they are doing and they think they can go around the laws to try to make money ILLEGALLY. They steal the stuff from the cars when it's at their storage...and their trucks smell like weed
My vehicle needed to be towed to the dealership and driver Santos arrived in a timely manner. Santos was very professional and even had my car at the dealership a few minutes before my 8:15am appointment.

They took my headache away after the flood with no problems. Worked quickly on it too. It wasn't even 30 min. He took care of another clients tire then removed some cars for me. If I ever need help again I'm calling them!

Another car and my car struck a piece of metal on the highway at night, and popped our tires. Permo (I believe that’s how you spell it) quickly came to our aid when he saw both vehicles pulled off on the side of the road with two officers assuring we wouldn’t get hit. Permo helped both of us out changing our tires quickly, stating he didn’t want us and the officers to get hit, and that there was no need for payment. I am so appreciative of his service! Will be recommending this company!!!
These guys are the best! I was in an accident and they came to my rescue! The driver was so polite and helpful on scene and Tricia, the woman who runs the office, walked me threw every part of the process start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a life long customer!
