I walked in, said I called about an hour ago for a rear windshield for a Cheby guay, mi chica says, uno momento güero, called it in, said hey this nerd is up here looking for a Cheby silberado, ventana trasera para un camión. I sent an email regarding the sale of my old car, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. A week later, I called to follow up, and the lady I spoke with claimed she had not received my email. I had used the email provided on the website and copied and pasted. She then gave me the cell phone number for the work phone and asked me to send pictures of the car, as that is how they handle car sales. I took the pictures and sent them, but I never received a reply. I found this customer service to be quite disappointing and decided to sell my car to a different establishment in Houston.

Really nice people i buy amanual transmission with them i end up no need was only the clutch wen out .they got me all the money on credit im still getting some stuff from them .has store credit .never got problems .prices really good parts already take off for you

Love this place I had bought tail lights and they had a few problems I called them and they were quick to help me get new ones and install them for free of charge. 10/10 recommend give this place a shot.
A little pricy for a small budget & Closed on Sundays But used parts dont have to be taken off yourself and at least they are cheaper than new part prices.
They give a a defective part and they said i had 30 days to return it. So i got it yesterday and returned it today and explained and they didn’t want to change it. They scam people. Be careful
I do not recommend buying things you get damaged and then you do not even want to give you credit in the store very bad customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND it
Great customer service I would go back to them anytime. They even let me borrow a couple tools and the parts I tried for my car wasn't the parts I actually needed and even though it was stated no cash refunds one of the guys there was willing to give me a cash refund. For my car they have the cheapest prices for all my parts I needed
This auto parts business just helped me look like a genius to my wife by having the exact 2002 Toyota Camry interior door handle part that I needed so she wouldn't have to roll down her window to open her door...I am so thankful!
