Well where to start there was this guy David that worked there he was helpful in so many ways it’s unthinkable the man new he was an angel working for god and he done everything by the book the store manager above him was told abt the days that David needed off and he okayed it then took David off the schedule then when David called that following Monday to make sure it was still ok with him taking off thoes couple days the man above him said yea it’s cool David then David Comes to find out that he no longer has a job but the man couldn’t tell David he was fired over the phone David found out when he looked on the schedule and seen he was no longer on it what kind of supposed to be man can’t tell another man he is fired and it’s his job to hire and fire to me he is a coward and doesn’t deserve The spot he is n… am I wrong or not I’m not going back til David comes back
Well here’s what I don’t underStand I called orylies In Kountze trying to find a part for my car and the guy I talked to witch is chris told me they price match with other part houses I told him I found the part I needed at Napa for 43 dollars and some cents he tells me he can’t price match that low the part would cost if we bought it from orylies would be 198.99 and he couldn’t sell it lower than what he would get it for but how can u tell me u price match with other part houses when u dont thats false advertising if u ask me idc what u can or can’t get it for u can’t tell customers u price match when u dont
I have been dealing with this store on parts for my range rover for 2 weeks. The woman quotes a price and says she ordered it and it will be there the next day. We call or go by and a different person says it's double that price and won't be in for a week. I go somewhere else. Then I call on another part and she says it will be there the next morning. I go to pick it up and it was never ordered. I'm done with this store.
My husband had to send me to grab some parts for his truck. We live an hour away one way so I had to make sure I got everything correct. David greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked what he could help with. He went absolutely above and beyond for me to make sure I received everything my husband had asked for. David was knowledgeable and the kindest person I have ever met! Will definitely be returning here!
Went in today for a battery for our farm truck. The store manager (Kris) was extremely helpful and took his time to make sure I got what was needed. He took the old battery out and tested it to double check things. I also got to see him and the other crew members interact with other customers. They all were great. It is rare to get help like this today.
Absolutely awesome! The gentleman that helped me was incredible, he knew exactly what the codes on my truck meant, what I needed to buy and how to fix my truck. Highly recommend going here.
Extremely helpful! Best service I’ve had at any O’Reilly store probably ever. Went in cause my car battery died, the guy that helped us was super nice and helpful. He helped my husband remove the old battery and install the new one rather quickly. I know they offer certain services to help their customers but I just feel like this guy went above and beyond. I’ve had the workers help me at other auto stores and even from the same chain but this was more than just a normal “I work here, this is what I have to do sometimes”, I actually felt genuinely helped out of the goodness of someone’s heart. Glad to have this little store closer to home. With service like that, it’ll be my go to from now on.
