This was the only company that came and got me after I waited four hours for another tow truck to come get me on the highway. Danny Morgan was nice and helped me out.
Got a tow and they refused to give a price until they picked us up. Drove us literally 2 miles and made an outrageous price and wouldn't drop off the car until we paid. Over $300 and the only towing company within an hour distance. Not a big fan of the discreet pricing but he still came and got us, but took our last pennies.
There's a certain ditch nearby that the so-called commissioner a good old boy came out and said oh we always get trucks caught up in there. With hauling company I'm trying to figure out do they get a lot of calls because this is the closest truck company that can come and haul my truck out. ( hopefully it's not a scan that set up for trucks to get caught the company Commission to make some money.
But with that being said they did take a long time to come out because it was in the middle of the morning and it was still dark. And then the gentleman act like I didn't know how to drive my truck he said he wanted to drive it forward. So I don't know if there's a scheme going on but obviously that certain ditch that my trailer back in went into needs to be covered up.
K3 is world class. K3 helped me when I had a roadside emergency - that's every towing service. This company goes above and beyond their duty and helped me get local services like food and transportation after I lost use of my vehicle. This wasn't expected or required, but Brandon from the Quanah location conveyed to me that he would make sure I didn't have an even more difficult time than I already had in the accident. In his words, "im not going to leave you stranded." He is as good as his word, and the whole K3 team went well above and beyond what I needled and paid for, which was strictly towing. They returned to the scene a total of three times, each time making me and the roadside safer, until the scene was completely secure by the end of the third visit. This continued into their Quanah shop, and K3 wasn't done with me until I was back on my feet after a very bad start to the day. Instead they made sure I connected with local services I needled so I was back on my way as quickly as possible. I was well fed, safe and taken care of throughout, and their team mate who helped me find transportation (no rental car lot within 50 miles) even assisted recovering my two animals that had been traveling with me, from the first responders who kept them save for half a day for me. K3 is extra clean, safe and reliable and I'm very fortunate that I got their help. K3 and the team lead Brandon began to improve my day immediately from the moment they arrived on scene, about 17 miles from their Quanah shop. Above all they were extra fair and even though I had very few choices they never took unfair advantage of that fact. I believe they would compete and beat any towing service in the world, even though they're just about the only game in town, and for quite a long distance in any direction. Do yourself a favor and if you need their help you will be very glad you used K3.
