Stop at my Napa store to pick-up light bulbs for my 2005 chevy avalanche. Great place to pick-up the more advanced bulbs for lighting, and other hard to find parts. Small friendly and personal service, which is always a pleasure.
They sold me the wrong battery for my truck. When I took my truck to a mechanic because my battery light and check engine light was still on, the mechanic told me the battery terminals are corroded, which is the condition the battery was in when they sold it to me. I do not recommend buying a battery from them.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY NEED TO LIGHTEN UP AND LEARN TO TREAT AND TALK TO THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT AND NOT AN ATTITUDE. I DO ALOT OF MECHANIC WORK AND THATS ONE STORE THAT WONT GET MY BUSINESS
OMG will somebody please get a www.something!!! For this being one of the only Auto parts available to RC it is not economically friendly in no way shape or form. And I will say this the customer service was quite terrible with mean smug looks that welcome you in the door. For this store residing in the "friendly City" this was not a friendly store. But on a positive note they did have some very good old school parts on hand 😒
Great use of the expansion and they had the tools I needed without driving into the city. Napa is not my parts store of top choice but still a great place.
It's kind of your last option store. Every time I've ever went in there usually they don't have it it's on back order they never have carbureted stuff. I'm always told well people don't drive that stuff no more. But there's still some of us hot rod guys left. I'd say just make the extra 12 miles and go to O'Reilly's you can't beat them they always have what you need. Now don't get me wrong the people in the store are really cool and amazing people. It's just the stock is not good.
Get that "if you don't like it, then go elsewhere" feeling.. Guess that's what you get when it's the only parts house in town.. Definitely recommend going into Mexia to AutoZone or o'reilly's if possible.
Always helpful! They always seem to have what I need, and if they don’t, they can tell me where to find it! Friendly service with a smile, and great prices on tools!
Gary/ Gabe/ Leo and Bubba are wonderful people! I only go to Napa for my parts and bought my SUV from Gary's car lot! Even if they don't have it in stock... won't be long til they get it in for me!
