Pretty terrible scrap company. If you don't tell them what you got they just class it off as shreddedables loose/logs. I had multiple copper pieces worth more than whatever shreddedables means. There is no rush at this place. They have all the time in the world. They just choose to be lousy. If you don't ask about what you got they just amuse the bare minimum. Thats the definition of a lazy American. Seguin is a terrible place to live. Everyone here acts like they don't care until you catch them in there ignorant attempt to mask their poor decisions and lack of decent human empathy. No one here takes accountability for anything and even when they do there is always a lack of ethic to be a good person. Common sense.
Poor customer service , to the man who doesn’t wanna answer questions on the phone or care about customer service . He should be outside doing labor work . Poor customer service, would think twice before going here !!
Efficient, cheerful and very friendly place to drop off recycling. A few weeks worth of soft drink cans doesn’t pay much, but a dollar in my pocket is far more satisfying than even more cans piled in a landfill.
Hello be aware about cmc payments between Abel and dj they are play whit our money for over 8 months they are pay me between 30 or 40 dollars less them everyone else so and when you call them Abel very rude and unprofessional threatening my wife if you want we take you off this is the answer very heavy load everywhere you going pay 450 is crazy when all my friends get over 476 but I can’t anymore be careful don’t waste you time in you money better check you settlement and see
Dont go in company truck they will not pay it out to you but the company and not include your name on check so "has to be approved by company before payment can be settled" said Deborah not worth the effort
I was very unhappy with the fact they ripped me off. I had a bunch of number 1 copper and very little number 2 copper but when I looked at my ticket they said everything was number 2. Never will I go back to these thief's. To bad I did not realize it till I was headed home
FANTASTIC Customer Service!!! They have been able to meet all of my metal needs and seem to always have great attitudes!!! Always nice to shop local and get treated with kindness and respect, even when I come in late on a Friday!! Thanks for making my experience so great!!!
Cashier was very friendly and helpful very nice lady had everything I needed for the job I got to do the guys in the yard think his name is Travis Great guy very friendly helpful explain things. If you ever need any metal great place to buy it very friendly and great environment I will continue to do business with them for now on. Thanks guys.
