Was passing through running a load to San Antonio when my rig broke down, saw the shop was in walking distance so walked up to see if they could help. One of their shop guys walked with me back to my truck, after about 30 minutes of looking he found a blown coolant line. After an hour they had me up and running again, the shop and office staff was very friendly and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, repairs still holding up. Thank You Superior Fleet Solutions.

Requested a road call from this company to check my pto and electric motor . Mechanic argued that he check and test evrything and i need new electric motor . Said that pto is not working becouse of that . Pto and electric motor 2 different things. Charged 400$ for nothing. At the end my mechanic checked was just a blown fuse. Lost time and money for incompetent mechanic.
Real nice freindly people but thier work need to be done by someone that takes pride in thier work.7100 dollar to have a rear end fixed in a over the road truck 5000 miles later has to be redone out of my pocket cause thier help couldnt tighten down the bolts witch come lose and cause oil to drain out and burn up a 4287.00 rear end .oh we dont truck our employees enought to give more then 30 day 3000 mile warrenty. sure gonna be telling all my trucking freinds to stay AWAY
This place is tight and busy but well worth the wait! From the moment I spoke to Denise, they handled my fuel pump issue with no problem. Fixed in one day, these guys work in the heat, but that doesn't slow them down. Good price and a veterans discount too... I will definitely be back with any problems I have.

Will not use again. Took truck in for an electrical short on the trailer. We were advised before hand of the shop labor rate of $165.00 per hour. Trailer had the electrical cord and two lights on the trailer replaced and was on site for less than 2 hours. Bill was $600.00, which is astronomical for the repair. When asked about the cost they advised the electrical cord, which you can get at any truck stop or truck supply shop for around $50-60, was $185.00. Shawn advised that the mark up was due to them having to get the part and their added profit mark up. There are too many shops out there who take andvantage of over the road trucking companies and unfortunately this is just another one to add to the list.

Called these guys at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Was 1,200 miles from home and had a radiator hose with a major leak, in a very tight hard to reach spot. They got me right in, got the needed parts and had me back on the road in a little over an hour, and the bill was very reasonable. Highly Recommend
Trust me stay away. I never write any reviews until now. These people charge me over 9,000 and still the truck wouldn’t run. These people don’t know what they are doing and took over a month to give me the truck back. They kept adding thing that could possible be wrong. Finally after a month and a half I hired a tow truck to get out of there and took it to San Antonio to another shop. Within 3 hours they fixed the truck. Had nothing to do with the head or injectors like they said was wrong. Horrible place. STAY AWAY. Trust me. These people love to rip people off.
We called Superior Fleet and ask if they worked on backhoes. They said yes they did. One of their guys came out 4 trips before he could get it do what we told him it was doing. I understand that. Then he said it was nothing he could figure out so they would pick it up and take it to the shop. Fine with me a week later I called and they said it would dig a hole and cover it up no problem. Well that wasn't the problem in the first place it wouldn't go forward and backwards after it was driven for a while. After I explained that to this guy he said ok he would check it out . Week later I called again and he said they had figured out it would not go forward or backwards after driving it for a bit. He suggested he could find a rebuilt transmission for it for the tune of $6,500. Ok then says we can't fix it because we don't have the tools to do that. NOW why would you pick up a piece of equipment that you know has a problem going forward and backwards if you don't have the tools to fix it. We ended up with a bill of $1025.85 to tell us what we already knew and didn't fix anything.
They might be the best around for truck service but don't understand picking up something you don't tools for . When the service guy knew what the problem was before they took it to their shop . Now we are back trying to find someone to fix it,. The museum is out the money for nothing.
I called these guys for blowed hose on my air charger and they sent a tech out within 15 minutes to the job site I was unloading at. The tech German was on top of his game. They ran all San Antonio to find my hose and had me back going within a couple of hours. Hose was not an easy quick fix due to location. Quick and reliable service and very fair priced especially for them coming to me for the repair at a construction site. 100% satisfied with the work and price for repair. I definitely know who to call in this area if ever needed again.

These guys have truly been amazing from the start when I first called them on Tuesday with my problem. I’m a small business owner with a mobile grooming van. My catalytic converter got stolen this past weekend. They were able to take my van in the same day, ordered the new part and got it on within a DAY even though they are loaded down with other customers. The customer service here has been beyond what I ever expected and I will definitely be taking my business here from now on if any other problems arise. Cannot thank these guys enough for how helpful they’ve been.
very disappointed in this place, I came for an air leak in my brakes and they did not solve anything they do not know anything about semi trucks, stay away from this place, they broke the HVAC control ... and they said it was not their fault, and Besides, they wanted to charge me again for checking something that they decomposed. Check the comments, the few comments that are bad are semi trucks, they have no idea how to repair these trucks. And if they go, just observe that they have no clients, the TA has more clients.yes... TA!!
""Just to inform, they said that the air leak was in the valve and needed to be replaced, the valve cost $ 350 ... the leak was not in the valve, and it only needed to be disconnected, cut it and voila, a job of 10 min.
They told me that an ABS brake sensor was missing, this one with a cost of $ 50 ... it was not the sensor, it was the harness cable that was only disconnected ... they told me that the gasoline float could not be the same day, because they would have to disassemble everything, and they would not reach, ... well this was done in just 15 minutes ... they said that they did not touch the AC, indeed, but when they opened the base of the dashboard they did not do it carefully and they broke the signal cable to the blower causing it not to work.
As you can see, they don't know how to work with semi-trucks
My truck broke down and they sent the mobile repair guy quickly. We got the highest roadside service charges anywhere but they were quick there.
I had a transmission problem and truck had to be towed to the shop.
Shop kept giving different timeframes for repairs.
4 day estimate turned unnecessarily into 3 weeks while we were under load.
They fixed the transmission finally and it worked fine for 200 miles and then I got stuck again with the same problem on Austin.
I asked them for their help for the same issue and they volunteered to look at it again if I paid them the 1k plus for towing charges and such which was totally unreasonable for me.
I had it towed to my normal shop and they determined it was the result of improper install of a couple of parts on the transmission.
Superior wouldn’t believe it or help with any part of that cost or repair unless I paid them to have it towed to their shop again by them and put me more in the hole for their mess of improper install on my 7k job I did with them for transmission replacement.
Thankfully I have an honest mechanic who just fixed the improper install for wya cheaper and I had a smaller tow charge per mile to his shop.
I felt superior could’ve really worked with us on the second breakdown since it was the same issue I just pulled out of their shop from and they installed transmission parts incorrectly and then wouldn’t take any responsibility for it unless I paid them even more than what I already had to tow and and fix their mistakes. That wa a human error and it happens on their part but then they want no part of their responsibility for that on top of dragging their feet for 3 weeks and causing me a mess of a problem with my load situation.
At the time, their shop wasn’t even 1/4 full as shown in these pictures.
There wasn’t a ton of trucks just sitting out waiting for them to be fixed.
A lot of mechanics, even Scott just standing around chillin a lot while I lost 3 weeks of work and a bad situation with load.
Would not recommend these guys to anyone unless you just like making expensive donations for no reason to a diesel repair shop.
Save yourself, pick another shop. I would hate to see the next trucker lose out as bad as I did when in need for for most of a month while under load and these guys standing around chillin.
We all know how expensive a month of not working can be.
They might be ok for oil changes and the smallest of jobs but nothing close to major work would I bet anything on with them for anyone.
My husband and I got a flat tire out on our car hauler trailer in the middle of nowhere -- I mean B.F.E. Texas population of human beings zero -- with no cell service and of course the spare was rotted. We were able to get a ride to the next town almost an hour away and BTW nothing is open at 2 AM in small town Texas. We were able to get cell service and called our insurance and they gave us Superior Fleet's number. We called and Superior Fleet came out and rescued us by bringing a tire and had the equipment (a jack and lug nut twister) that we also did not have on hand. Although it took them a couple hours to reach us because of our location and lack of cell service they could not call to give us an update, they did come and help and was faster than waiting for a tow truck and the tire shop to open. The technician was fast, helpful and professional. Our experience with this company was great !
I am a mobile groomer. One day I had an accident in my van causing damage to my propane tank . I was scared it was leaking and I couldn't turn it off. I called the nearest place I thought coukd help, and Matt said yes they can help. He kept me calm, told me where to park when I arrived, and even asked how far I was. Afterall, the tank wasn't leaking, and Matt and Scott were helpful to straighten out the crooked bar around my tank with no charge. They provided excellent service, and we're very kind. These guys are fair and they're super cool people to deal with. I came in because my truck was having oil pressure issues. They told me they wouldn't be able to fix it until two or three days max because of the amount of work that they had so instead they gave me a tip to keep the truck running safely thanks a lot made it home 200 miles away and gave me a free diagnosis. They can have my business anytime.
I am in a car business and had to deal with a lot of good mechanics and mechanic shops.
But Superior Fleet Solutions and their mechanics have gone above and beyond to make things work for me. My truck is basically brand new.

Had them repair my John Deere 110 TLB. Super fast and fair price.
Update: fast they are. Good, not so much. 10 hours on the machine and it’s leaking hydro fluid out both ends. Called them twice, they said I supplied the parts so no warranty. All JD OEM parts.
Steer clear of these guys. They do not honor their work. They are the same price as any other shop. Just faster and now I know why they could get me right in.
Update2: Leland, thanks for responding. I completely understood that the parts would not be warrantied. If a defective part was determined to be the cause, I would make that warranty claim with the parts supplier.
I find it interesting that you offer to look at it and work with me now. I made 2 phone calls and that offer was never made. The time to resolve an issue is when a problem is identified, not once it is made public.
I will update this post with the resolution of the problem once I have time to re-split the tractor. I really hope for your reputation that it is a defective part.
Larry and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. I own a local business and was looking into purchasing a new unit. I contacted Larry and scheduled a time for him to do an overall check on the unit. He was prompt, on time and very friendly. I’ll for sure keep his ph#. Very pleased with their services and the price was reasonable.
After the TA shop wanted me to tow my truck 200 yards to their shop to look at it, I found SFS online and gave them a call. Larry Farmer was there within a half hour and had me rolling again within another half hour. Great and timely service, all without breaking the bank. Definitely my go to if I ever need anything down there again.
The mechanic called me within seconds and offered suggestions over the phone that I could try until he could get to my location. With his help, I was able to get my vehicle running but he called to check and see if his advice worked and to also head to my location if needed. The mechanic was super helpful, very polite, and very knowledgeable!!! Ultimately, he saved me what could have quite possibly been a very expensive roadside service! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this guy!!!!
These guys are one of the best I have ever dealt with!!! Had an alternator issue with my diesel Pusher Coach and they were fast, friendly and very professional. They will do all my service from now on!!!
