The lady was rude from the second she laid eyes in us. She saw us pull in, but when we walked into the office she took her damn time getting to us. We ended up calling out for someone to assist us. Then she knew my purse with ID was in the accident and was stored in their office by the owner and she said I can't let you back there without ID. And how will I know it's really you. Just rude. I cannot believe a person could lack such compassion. She was not ignorant to what my family just went through. I pray she doesn't encounter anyone like her if she ends up in a similar situation.
Garcia’s Wrecker is the first place I’d call if I needed a tow. I have been at multiple accident scenes where Frankie is requested or on rotation and he always has a positive attitude no matter the time of day or night. Garcia’s also helps out the local Volunteer Fire Departments as well as paid Fire Departments when they need junk cars for training.

I couldn't give 1/2 a star but I would. The tall blonde female at the office was so incredibly rude from the start. She was threatening, condescending and so unprofessional. If I was her boss and treated customers like that, she would have been fired on the spot. We were never rude, never raised our voice or confrontational. We asked questions because we never had been through this before and we were met with such hostility.
Frank is the best! We have used him several times and he's always come to rescue us when we need him the most. Other towing companies around Seguin and New Braunfels have nothing on this tow man!! Thanks for towing our 1986 Chevy truck!! You never let us down and for that you will always be our guy!!
I highly recommend this wrecker service. I'm so glad I found this wrecker service. Mr. Garcia showed up quickly and was so kind about my situation. He was thorough and careful with my vehicle, taking all precautions, which I very much appreciated. I do not know the going rates, but I believe the pricing was reasonable, honest, and fair for my circumstance because of the "rock" and the hard place I put myself in. I especially felt safe and in good hands when I saw the police officer and Mr. Garcia was friends. Awesome job, Mr. Garcia! Thank you! ...and a shout out to the officer for his kindness. It was comforting. ...and to the nice man who tried to pull me off with his truck as well. I'm not from Seguin, but it must be a great community from what I experienced.
They came in a timely fashion. While unloading my vehicle there was s freak accident resulting in some bent metal work. Mr. Garcia immediately took responsibility and paid for a replacement for the bent part. Very satisfied with the service and the way he stood behind it.
$400 for an car to be towed in the same area as this tow company. definitely in the cops pockets when people get pulled over they are very rude when trying to get information. They over charge for no reason. just another way to hinder people in a finical situation. If you need a towing service I recommend PEEPLES TOWING!!!
I spoke with someone over the phone to pick up my truck last Monday they said that they accept credit with a 4% fee. When we showed up it was only cash and It was a even $400 WITH NO RECEIPT. NEVER AGAIN scam
Frankie saved the day! On a trip to San Antonio to drop a side by side off at a business, I found myself with less “miles to empty” than there were miles to a gas station. It shut off right before the exit for highway 90. After calling several places, he was the only one that answered. After having been up all night, I’m sure the last thing he wanted was to come rescue this idiot that ran out of gas on the 130. But he did, and I can’t thank him enough!

We were driving from Houston to San Antonio and got involved in an accident. Police towed our car to the Gracia's Wrecker. Per insurance, our car will be totaled. After returning to Houston, insurance insisted that we had to travel back to Seguin to sign paperwork before the car could be taken from Gracia's. We had a three way call, and Gracia said they are fine and I don't have to come over. This was a huge help as I would have had to travel another 2.5 hrs. Not only that, Gracia's helped us to package all our personal belongings in the car and sent it via FedEx.
If there's more than 5 stars, I would have given Gracia's wreckers as they very well deserving of 10 stars!!!

I locked my keys in my car this morning and after waiting for two and a half hours for a different company to show up, I called Garcia's and in 10 minutes, he was there and got my car unlocked. I've felt with them before and it's always been good.
It was almost midnight on a Friday when our truck broke down on I-10 outside of Seguin. After calling for a tow (alternator out) the wrecker arrived in 20 minutes. Fast courteous knowledgeable and a good price could not have asked for anything better! The next day he returned and took the truck to the dealer for repair.

We were headed in for Air Force Graduation and blew a tire. We had no idea exactly where we were and 2 other tow companies couldn't help us when we read off cross streets on GPS and the exits we were near. We called Frank and he immediately knew exactly where we were and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. Literally exactly 20 minutes later his lights came up behind us and he got us off the highway to safely change our tire. He helped us quickly and made sure we were safe and good to hit the road again. He went above and beyond for us and we will always be grateful that he got us to safety quickly. Thank you Frank, honest good guys like you are few and far between, we were so lucky you picked up that night.

Unprofessional. Our car broke down on the side of the road in Seguin. Unfortunately our car decided to do this when everything is closed, so the best we could do was get the car dropped off and it would sit until Monday. My husband called Garcia's for a tow and to get some information at around 3pm or 4pm. My husband is always cordial and nice so he was just asking simple questions like how much a tow would be and how much would it cost to just tow our car home. We live about 25 miles away from Seguin and when we asked how much the tow would be to our house he gave an attitude and basically said he's been working all day and just doesn't want to tow very far, so he'll just drop it off to the nearest mechanic shop. He was unprofessional in the way he commented on my husbands job saying his company sucked because he used to work for them and blah blah blah, but I guess I would think my company sucked too because I was fired for endangering people's lives, but yeah (that was sarcasm by the way). Anyways he charged what I felt was a ridiculous price and then left. It's Monday and we called the "mechanic" and asked about our car and he said "he doesn't do internal work". Garcia's towing is a fraud. The guy said he's known the owner/mechanic and has been hauling for him for years and so our car would be taken care of. The mechanic was professional and great but just couldn't work on our car. Frank Garcia at Garcia's towing is unprofessional and lazy. He dropped our car off when we really wanted to take it home but because he didn't want to drive, we now have to pay and get it home now when our car could have already been home, and figure everything out over the rest of the weekend. He was very rough with our car and almost damaged our tire and the side of our car. I wouldn't recommend.
My jeep broke down on a Sunday with the kids in the car. We were stranded on the side of the highway and Frank stopped what he was doing and immediately came and got us off the road. Price was so reasonable and his customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend!

They screwed my brother over. They took his money know that they had not fixed his car problem AND made dents in his car. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. They will cheat you out of your money. If I could post a picture of my brothers car after he got it back from them I would they're lucky I can't. WORST SERVICE EVER.

So I just got off the phone with the OWNER! And was very really rude!!! I ask about the car i was looking for and he has it. Then I pretty much explain what was going on since the car is my fathers. He tells me I have to give him an hr notice so he can get paper work ready, I told them ok kool I live in Houston so its like 3 hrs away that should be plenty of time for him to get the paper work ready right? But as the conversion continue he was plain cold and rude, & im been very calm. Yes I snap at him because i look at it this way, if someone is been respectful to you then do the same. Then he tells me once im in town & my dad with me to give him an hr notice to get the paper work because thats the law. So after we both got frustrated he tells me this! Instead of telling me that at the beginning of the conversion that "once in town to give him and hr notice". Boy is going to be really nice meeting this Mr.FRANK GARCIA!!!!!!!!!!!
Couldn't sleep, had jury for the first time 30 mins from where I live and managed to lock my keys in my car without even realizing it. Called 2 (supposedly local) locksmiths, one was too busy, the other, out of service range. Called this place and in no time got my car unlocked as well as a very humble thank you/you're welcome exchange. $50 even. At least this guy pulled through for me today.
