Representative in the front desk she is very very very nice and was not rude at all.not like some other tow area they are rude and don't care.I understand it frustrated for all of us at time,but with both party respecting each thongs will go alot smoother......
We had a great experience with this tow truck company. It was very early in the morning when my daughter got a flat tire and had to leave the car in the Hobby Lobby parking lot. They arrived quickly, were friendly, and very helpful during a stressful situation. Their response time and professionalism really stood out. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.
RRT is an exceptional towing company that always come through. This is my third time using RRT and they have always been courteous, professional, and most importantly to me very personable. Although my complaint isn’t about service provided, I still find it important to share.
One of their drivers was driving extremely recklessly down the road yesterday on Halloween day with children walking through the neighborhood.
Not only was he honking at people, he was turning on some type of flashing colored lights on as if he was actively picking up a vehicle even though that wasn’t the case. He was then driving over the speed limit through the neighborhood. Although I cannot give an exact speed, it was clearly too fast for neighborhood speeds.
I got the truck number and am going to report it to authorities and to the management for this company— he has no business driving professionally! If he drives that dangerously in a company vehicle, there’s no doubt he drives even more aggressively in his personal vehicle.
The lady on the phone was very nice. However, the guy who showed up was very unprofessional. He tried to drop my car in front of my neighbor's house. Then when a asked him to drop it in front of my house he said no because he felt my car could be turn on and moved. After my car DID NOT turn on he proceeded to use a jump box and drove it with the hood up on to my side. If that's not bad enough he told me if I didn't move my car in 2 days that they will come back and tow it. The 2 stars are only for the nice lady on the phone.
I'm writing this review out of serious concern after observing one of this company's drivers. In heavy traffic, the driver was actively blocking other drivers from merging by accelerating aggressively and then slamming their brakes. Further down the road, the driver was swerving, tailgating, and excessively speeding in a construction zone while weaving through traffic. This kind of reckless driving not only endangers the driver but also every other vehicle on the road.
My Yukon broke down while I was working as a sales rep for my company. I was at my clients office when my Yukon stopped working. Roadrunner Towing sent Chris to pick up my vehicle. He was so professional and helpful! I recommend calling Roadrunner Towing to everyone who needs a tow!
Maybe tell your drivers NOT to dangerously tailgate other drivers and drive like an idiot. They not only rode our butt, but 2 other cars and got behind a car that had flashed him to let him over since he was on our butt, then started flashing his brights at the other car who was trying to help me out!

This is a great company and is easy to work with. I have dealt with the owner the dispatcher's and all of the operators. All of them are to eager to get your problem solved as easy, simply, and as cost effective as possible.

His phone etiquette and customer relations skills suck!! There's nothing like someone making a already bad situation FEEL 10x worse....his demeanor is set to make you react negatively, which risks violating the entire reason you need their help in the first place. People don't forget negative encounters/people...

Chris was great. The company is always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. From start to finish-(phone call, dispatch, arrival and drop off) was an hour and a half- on a Friday night! Amazing! I have free towing with USAA- but have always used Roadrunner to avoid the headaches. Whether it’s a guardrail in the rain, or the infamous car thieves that seem to love this truck as much as me- They’re the only bright side of breaking down.
0 STAR REVIEW $500 dollars to take a car out of a ditch and dropping it. Not even an accident against any cars this is the worst don’t call at all I’ve dealt with them before… This is an HONEST REVIEW they just add up a bunch of random fees . They work for the city of converse and are scammers they will always change the price up front . Make sure you don’t give them “attitude” or they will threaten you. Saying they’ll take your car to the tow yard charge you a fee for the yard & charge you for recovery fee plus the mileage fee it took them to drive up and down.
We have been lucky to not have a need to use a towing service in a long time. My MIL had a curb attack her car causing damage. Which ment we had to drive the half hour out to this lot to get the car.
Great can't miss sign so you can find it. Lady on the phone was amazing and then when we got there the lady that attended to us was also amazing (suspect it's the same gal). Dealing with this place was actually the least stressful part of that day. If I need a tow in that area will definitely call them first.
Towed my car after an accident. Came quick and did a good job. Went to the yard to clean out my belongings. They were very friendly when I went. Have used the before and always done a great job.
Extremely poor customer service. Called to inquire about pricing for a tow after unexpectedly breaking down. The man who answered the phone was immediately hostile, aggressive, and sarcastic for no reason. Maybe having a bad day, , or didn’t feel like working, don’t really care but I can only imagine how many customers you lose because of poor service over the phone. Glad I ended up finding a tow company quickly! Will never recommend to anyone in SA.
Usually, there's not much just to say that's nice about a towing company. Roadrunner Towing is the exception as their drivers are extremely knowledgeable, and they get the job done quickly. I had two interactions with them. The first was when they took my vehicle out from an accident scene, then came back to my house a couple of weeks later. Both times, the driver was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend using them in the future.
When it came time to pick up my vehicle, I had it towed back to my house. The fees were primarily displayed. They were upfront with everything.
Tesla’s first recommendation was this place, and i’m glad it was. My car was completely bricked, couldn’t even get inside. Robert knew exactly what he was doing and was able to get it up (and down) in less than 5-10 minutes. I had Incredible and very professional service by him! Definitely going to be my go-to San Antonio tow providers.
My vehicle shut off on the way home and I needed a tow. Roadrunner Towing was on site in no time. I can't remember the drivers name but he was polite and professional and had great customer service. Hope I don't need their services again but if I do I will call them.
First things first, this company has the best price for the amount of professionalism and care taken to my vehicle. It definitely was not a 20$ tow. But was a great price to go across a few cities , and the driver was extremely compassionate about my situation and took great care of me and my vehicle. Great conversations. And not to mention got to me in under 30 minutes even with my distance. Great service. Great people. Highly recommend.
Jeff with Roadrunner Towing is the only one I’ll call if I ever need a tow again. I was stuck in the middle of an intersection, panicking with the police telling me I was creating a road hazard, but unable to move because my brakes had locked up due to an electrical malfunction from a service I received from an Rv dealership, when Jeff came and saved the day. He was kind, and professional, and knowledgeable about what could and couldn’t be done. Without his help, I would have been stuck there and it would have cost thousands to have my travel trailer moved. He is ethical and incredibly generous. More than fair. He was my super hero! Had radiator trouble. Was able to call and get a quote and schedule a pick up time same day. They called early to put me on a earlier free spot. Wasn't able to take it. Kept original scheduled time for pick up. Was late but carefully fast with loading and unloading. Very respectful. Would definitely use again if need be.
I hit a curb and punctured my tire pretty badly :,) I’ve never in my life learned how to change a tire and when they sent Will to help out he was so able to show me how to change a tire and give me tips and what to do and not to do!! After he changed the tire he loaded the punctured tire into my trunk and even filled up the doughnut tire with air! He was super helpful and made sure everything was all good for me to take off!! Will is an amazing and hardworking person and i will never forget the kindness he gave me to make sure everything was good to go!!
We use these guys for our business. What a life saver. They are reliable and honest. By far the best company in San Antonio. Owner really cares about what he is doing and the people he works with.
