Brice was amazingly helpful in a very stressful time for me. Due to hail damage to both windshields, my car needed a tow. After the tow he returned to the business of where my car was towed too and installed a car battery. Brice also aired up a tire on the vehicle I was driving and spotted a screw in the tire. Called AAA to help jumpstart my car, and Brice from Busse Wrecker Service was able to jumpstart it very quickly. Something else went wrong with the car shortly after, and Brice came back to tow it quickly. He was very nice and professional.

Needed a AAA tow for a no-start car. Their tow truck driver was there promptly and was polite and friendly. He gave the car a once over and attempted to diagnose the issue (to see if he could save me the trouble of going to a shop) but accurately identified it was more than a simple roadside fix (turned out it was a dead starter motor). Towed me to the shop in no time. Can't ask for much more than that.
David was our the driver who came to help us with our disables vehicle. David went well above and beyond to help us and worked to take care of the vehicle trying multiple times before he was satisfied how our vehicle was positioned and safely secured, which was very difficult due to the nature of the issue with the vehicle. Yesterday i had the unfortunate need for a towing service. To my surprise, the tow-truck driver David and dispatcher Steve from Busse exceeded expectations by a mile. David saw our confusion and dismay after the wreck as an opportunity to provide great customer service, comforting my wife that EMS and Busse would take care of her (broken collar bone and sternum) and our badly mangled car. He moved the wreck off of the busy highway so we could off-load the full car to my buddy's car. There were probably 15 people, law enforcement included, on the scene. When we returned home, two items, presents for our to-be hosts, were nowhere to be found. I called and Steve the dispatcher went to the storage yard and retrieved the two items from the wrecked car and offered to mail them to us, a welcome offer as the wreck site is a two hour drive from our home.

I just accidentally locked my keys in my running car while delivering orders at 4am. I immediately submitted a service request through tripple an and found this was the company supposed to be providing service. After about 10 missed calls I left and 45 minutes later still did not hear from them. Even the police could not contact them. I then submitted multiple more service requests as at this point I’m having a full blown anxiety attack, I can’t afford to have to pay and 911 was refusing to help. Finally a civilian who just so happened to come outside after hearing my distress came to my rescue. Whoever was on call and did not see the missed calls nor service requests then proceeds to call 911 back and basically call me a liar that a request was never submitted..
Locked my keys in my truck with it running an hour and a half Away from home and my spare on a Saturday. Called a few places that were no help before getting ahold of these guys - they were there in about 20 minutes and helped me back into my truck. The man that helped us was very nice and I would definitely recommend using them if you are in the area and in need of the services they offer.
The guys at Busse were able to help me out a few times over the last couple of months. Michael and Robert were able to provide great service and every associate I felt with was kind and professional. Appreciate the good work guys, keep it up ✊🏼
The response time for Busse wrecker service was less than 15 minutes on a dangerous 100 degree hot August day. I am very grateful for their assistance under difficult circumstances. I will use their service again. All the best!!
These guys are absolutely awesome!!!! Had a blow out around 11:30PM due to me misjudging a turn. I hit a curb and blew out my tire, thankfully I was able to pull into Walmart parking lot. Contacted AAA they noted that someone from Busse Wrecker would be out within an hour. Another hour lapsed from the time it said through AAA. I called Busse Wrecker and was informed that AAA never sent over a service and that would be the only way someone could come out. After telling the guy I was out there for 2 hours pure humanity kicked in and he immediately dispatched a driver out and just had me called AAA for them to send over a service order. While still on the phone with them a driver pulled up.. I hate that I don’t remember the guys name(my Louisiana brother) because he’s so awesome, knowledgeable, and was willing to do everything to assist me. While loading my car on the back of his truck he had to straighten my car out, without hesitation he asked for permission to get into my car and do so. He’s doing his job yet he still respected me and my property….He noticed that I needed a key for the lug nuts to change my tire. He and I (mainly he) both searched my car and couldn’t locate it, he even went beyond to calls his fellow truckers to see if there’s any place else it would be and to no avail we could not locate it. He was so kind to tow my car back to my hotel While loading my car on the back of his truck he had to straighten my car out, without hesitation he asked for permission to get into my car and do so. He’s doing his job yet he still respected me and my property. Afterwards he gave me a list of places I could possibly find one at. (Knowing that I was here visiting from out of state and now without a car, he offered to stop at a store in case I needed anything for the night) While towing me back to my hotel a car behind us swerved around the tow truck and ended up having a blow out themselves. He stopped to check on them to make sure they were okay. The next morning I got up to check my car again and happened to find the lug nut key wrapped up in the trunk in a kit. I then called AAA again for someone to come out and that’s when Robbie came out. Robbie is very cool and a great guy as well. He’s very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Great guys! We had a blow out of Highway 6 outside of Navasota and had to be in Houston pretty quick. While a friend took us to Houston, they came and picked up the car and we were able to pick it up on the way back from to College Station that evening (10PM on a Sunday). The prices were actually way less than we expected and they even put our spare on for us and gave us some tips for using the spare on our way home! 10/10 would recommend!!
Today my car had a major blowout and Brice with Busse drove 40 minutes out of his way to come help me. I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. Brice was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Absolutely the best company you could turn to in the area. I was returning on a long cross country trip when my car became disabled. My girlfriend got on the phone with AAA, and Mike was there within the hour. Extremely fast tow hook up, and he drove us about 40 minutes to the car mechanic. Mike had solid advice about local mechanics, car dealerships, and was generally pleasant to talk to. He even offered to take us home from the mechanic.
The service was amazing when I needed it the most. After requesting a tow through the AAA app Bryce called within 10 mins to verify the location of my wrecked car and was there quickly. Not only did he share his knowledge of vehicles and what he knew of my cars situation, I was able to get my car dropped off at the shop and got a ride home. Top-notch service thank you Bryce!
Carl was absolutely fantastic! My car wouldn’t start, and I was told by another technician that I needed a new starter and that my car would have to be towed. However, when Carl came out the next morning, he was actually able to jump start my car and told me the issue was just my battery. Instead of simply leaving me to take my car to the repair shop to have the battery replaced, he had me follow him to make sure I got there safely. I cannot recommend them enough, especially Carl!
I needed to leave a 5 star for this company. I was down and out in Navasota TX while on my way home while riding my Honda Goldwing. I ran into a situation and it left my motorcycle lame and I was stranded. While dealing with finding a way to get home and all the stress that came with this I reached out to Busse Wrecker Service and they got me home. Additional, the owner Ronald, his wife, and his grandson came out to visit me while one of their trucks came to pick me up. The driver loaded me up and drove me where I needed to go. The price was very reasonable which eased the stress of the situation. You guys rock and I greatly appreciate you!
