The employees are usually knowledgeable about inventory and utilization of the computer to be able to find what you need even if they don't have the item on hand. They are always nice and welcome you when you enter. They also not only have car and truck parts but the also stock atv / utv and motorcycle parts.
Great experience. It was raining but the manager still came out to read a code on my Highlander. Found the issue, gave me a quote on the part but gave me a list of things to try first.
The employee who answered the phone was rude right off the bat, and extremely unhelpful. He said the oil I was looking for was unavailable to order, even though I was looking at it on their website, available at a nearby store. I immediately called O’Reilly W Marshall location in Longview, and the gentleman that answered the phone over there had great customer service. After giving the employee at the Longview location the part number, he had the oil on order for me, and I picked up the very next day. The White Oak location obviously has issues. I like shopping at O’Reilly, but just won’t use this location.
The two women here were absolutely disrespectful.
Ordered wrong parts.
Said they had to come from Dallas.
I turned in my core part and when they had to to replace the parts tried to charge me for the core.
The part, all along was in Longview.
Drove right over there and got it.
I highly recommend you don't use this store.
Go to Longview.
The location in Longview didn't have the part for my old car, but told me the location in white oak would have it. Everyone was friendly and the right part was in my hands a few minutes later.
(White oak O'Reilly's) Had my father in law call and find me a power steering pump, for my Cadillac Escalade.. and he called talked to a manager named Cody.. He told my father in law.. He had one left Hydro power pump, said it was all special and that's what he needed and he only had one left at 189.85$... my step father had got my cousin to go pick it up and they put it on... I get home late that night.. next day I take in core.. and get told the price... SMH 🤯😲😲😲 .. what I told him... I called AutoZone outside O'Reilly's.. and the man quoted me at 117.98.. I go back inside and Cody the manager went to the bank... I called him later on and asked why did I get upcharged on this power steering pump by 72$? AutoZone has them at 89$.. 117$ with tax..? He said their is nothing he can do the transaction was over.. He said my father in law called in Looking for a Specific... Power steering pump... Which he didn't.. Cody told me well this isn't AutoZone , when I asked him to match the price.. he said no this is O'Reilly's we don't do that....???!!! Worst experience EVER!! My step father is in shock and will not be using O'Reilly's anymore.... That he has used for over 20 years ..!
