Very polite and willing to get the job done. As a woman they have the ear for listening as if it was their own vehicle . I rate this location outstanding. My parts are put back own properly and do ask is there a different noise that you make be concerned with. Lewis is outstanding with the he works with and caring . When other customers come in they are all trained to treat us the same love my firer stone.
This is usually my go-to place when something is wrong with my car, and I’ve generally had good experiences in the past. However, recently I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and they charged me $150 only to come back and tell me they didn’t know what was wrong and suggested I take it to the dealership. The associate at the front was very rude. I did speak with the manager, who was much more professional, but overall it was still a huge waste of time and money. They will never get my business again, and I do not recommend them to anyone unless you want to pay for nothing.
Service was slow. The technicians were just standing around the vehicle. They only began to work on my car when I walked outside and they realized I was watching them. Then they told me my tire could not be repaired and tried to sell me a new tire. I took my car to a local tire shop and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Not coming back here again.
The manager and staff are extremely personable, thorough and caring. Extremely impressed with the current manager and how he makes you feel your best interest matters. Will continue to trust this location for my vehicle needs.
Don't bother making appointments to have your AC checked after 4pm, even if their own system allows you to request it and the GRANTS it... they don't have AC techs there after 4 and don't seem to care about it. If you work, you'll have to find your own solution as the guys on the desk will just stand there in dumb silence without offering ANY kind of solution. I guess they're busy enough to trade on their company's name rather than deliver on their service record. Firestone USED to be "golden" as an industry leader, now... not so much.
That's okay, though, plenty of competition for my money. I'll just take my four cars somewhere else.
Really saved me, my tire blew out on a Saturday night, and these guys were able to get me fixed up and ready to go fairly quickly. And to top it all off, they had a military discount. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, so I’ll definitely be coming back to firestone from now on!
I was visiting Longview and preparing to return home, when I discovered a slow leak and a nail/screw in one of my tires. It was almost 5 pm on a Saturday and I was afraid I would not be able to locate an open service center. I was searching for a place to eat and noticed on the map the Firestone Auto Service in the same area. In fact this Firestone location just happened to be across the parking lot from where I was going to eat.
One of the mechanics on duty directed me to go inside and talk to Logan.
Logan listened to my car issue and immediately went out to examine my vehicle. Within a short time (10 minutes) he had examined the tire and access there was no damage to the sidewall of the tire and that I had plenty of thread life on the tire. I opted to patch the tire and drive to my home city to purchase a replacement tire. Thanks Logan this was a real time saver on a Road Trip at the end of a Saturday afternoon. So glad Firestone was open until 7 PM!
Staff and service are fantastic! Tyler and Logan were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. So grateful for their help getting 4 specialty tires ordered and installed in record time!
Tyler, Travis and Noah were phenomenal tonight. I pulled up 10 minutes before closing time on A Saturday night with a flat tire. They were all extremely kind, helpful and got me fixed up. Outstanding customer service guys!!

Came for quick oil, Luis and his took great care of me. And brought that my treads on my tire were a tad low. Looking towards possibly ordering a set from them.
I had tire issues before work and was worried I wouldn't make it to my 9:00 a.m. meeting on time, but this location got me in and out with time to spare—great, friendly, and quick service.
While to wait wasn't long I noticed there's not any vending machines or drink machines in the area. Sometimes, I've had to wait hours on front end work and there's nothing to eat or drink. Vending machines.....everything else is good.
I arrived at this location(Longview TX- near Judson) around 2pm and thought I would be there for a while. I advised what I needed and it was done within an hour and a half. Both guys were very professional and helpful with my needs.

I went over a drainage pipe and cracked my radiator. I had car towed to this Firestone. They quoted me...$2905.00!!! I took my car, towed it home and in 2 hours I installed a new radiator and had car all back together. $224 for radiator, $13 for antifreeze and a Pepsi for my kid at $2. $239 total and 2 hours of my time. All I did was watch YouTube video and did it myself. Firestone is such a ripoff. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Counter guy was borderline rude and not interested in helping me at all. I almost left. I came in at 8am with a tire going low. They said they may not get to it if I didnt have an appointment. It was a holiday, so I get it. They obviously didn't want to be there. However, after about 20 minutes or so the technician took my truck back and repaired the tire. He is the reason they get as high of a score as I gave. The repair was great, he reset my TPMS, and all pressures were spot on the money. During the time the repair was being made, the counter guys "warmed up a bit" and actually became a bit more friendly. I paid $31.75 for a flat repair and I believe I that price is ridiculously high. They charged me for a TPMS valve stem replacement AND a TPMS valve stem repair kit. I know that the rubber TPMS valve stem is non repairable, so I think I was charged for parts I did not need. Its a shame they treat folks that way. That technician needs to find another shop with a better reputation to work at. Buyer beware at this location.
