Hands down the best staff and owner to work with. Honest and professional. Nicole is a great at making sure things get handled. The crew is very helpful and knowledgeable. And Mr Jerry makes car repairs tolerable if not enjoyable as well.
Jerry is experienced, has been around for a while, is honest, and he knows his stuff. Although it's been a while since I took my Impala to him, I don't hesitate to highly recommend him
I took my truck to SUPER AUTOMOTIVE in KILGORE, TEXAS to do a engine clean and replace the fuel pump. they ended up busting my radiator and it overheated. they took it back and worked on it, then it happened again. Had take my truck back to super automotive a third time because the fuel pump they installed it wrong. When it overheated from SUPER AUTOMOTIVE it damaged engine heads. I was very upset by it because the truck only had 32,000miles on it.Even though super automotive was going to fix it for free I was fed up with them. WHEN I TOOK IT TO LNR AUTOMOTIVE THEY DID A AMAZING JOB AND DIDN'T HAVE ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY GAVE ME REASONABLE TIME FRAME, COMMUNICATED ABOUT THE REPAIRS, AND WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. These guys are the real deal And they're the only ones that will be work on our families vehicles. NOW MY TRUCK IS DRIVING BETTER THAN EVER!!
It is already difficult as a young woman having to navigate mechanics hoping that one of them will have enough integrity to be fair and honest and not take advantage of someone with little knowledge of cars and the likes. But no. I took my car here and after a week of tests , I’m assuming ,my car was diagnosed. I chose not to get it serviced because the estimate was far out of my budget. That is not the issue. The issue is that the owner communicated to me that , without my consent, they replaced a couple of parts which where ironically already replaced 6 months prior to my visit. Also said I had a leak somewhere that I wasn’t aware of , but claimed to fix that as well. As an auto body shop, you are to contact a customer and ask whether or not working on their vehicle is okay. You do not decide to fix anything and create a makeshift bill . I came solely for a diagnosis and nothing more. I was quoted basically $300 and nothing on my car was fixed. I asked the owner why $300 and he continued to suggest that it was because “hey we had to move things around under your hood so when we do extra work the price goes up”. This is not true. My car has been serviced several times before and any shop charges you for a diagnostic test regardless and asks you if you choose to go through with fixes. After my questioning he decided we could settle at $157 even though he told me 3 minutes prior that a diagnostic is $125 . Eventually we settled on $125 which is the honest price . I was originally charged 2.5 times the actual price. That is insane. That is not okay with me. I will take my business elsewhere. I’m also aware the owner reads these reviews and I hope for the sake of your business that you try not to make some extra change on someone the dirty way.
This was my first time using LNR Automotive Repair. Jerry is amazing, very friendly! He was able to work me into his busy schedule right away and get my vehicle fixed up. He’s honest and his prices are fair. Top notch service! Highly recommend!
Jerry saved me today getting me in quick & fixed up! Worked with me on prices also which I needed more than anything right now! Will definitely be using him for now on. All the guys here seem like good pleasant people.

I LOVE this place their Honest and Friendly I went there to get my brakes pads replaced the owner Jerry is a God fearing man they told me i didn't need brakes which saved me alot of money,most shops wouldn't have told me that they would have replaced them anyway just to make make money,but not LNR. I recommend this shop .

Most outstanding car repair service I’ve ever experienced! I broke down in Longview on a tight schedule and Jerry made fixing my car priority and I got me back in the road in just a couple hours! Jerry and his mechanics are saints!

I suggested this business to my daughter after reading the reviews. After speaking with Jerry, I was optimistic my daughter's vehicle would be taken care of. They have had it for over a month!! We call to follow-up and are told Jerry is at the bank, busy,etc and will return the call. I'm fed up and want my daughter to just pay for any services already completed,but am in fear of them racking up on storage charges which is no fault of hers. I go by the shop every day and her vehicle has not moved nor has contact been made to her regarding service. I have documentation of my calls to follow-up and the response given including 1 return call. I feel this is poor customer service and a misrepresentation of the time he gave her regarding servicing her vehicle. I will not be recommending this automotive shop to anyone.

And his Wife and Family helps him also, so it's a Family Affair. But I went to his shop and they were about to close. And without any hesitation he fit me in. Best mechanics around. Honest and real. You can absolutely trust them to treat you right and not take advantage of you like everyone fears people do. These guys are real Christians and actually live it. If you need help they're the ones to trust.
I’ve gotten both my vehicles serviced here, and they are hands down the best quality and priced shop in Longview! Jerry is a very honest man! I took my wife’s car in to get the A/C fixed, and with the initial diagnosis, I needed to replace the compressor. After removing the compressor, he discovered a faulty wire and called me and told me that I didn’t need the compressor after all!! Which saved me HUNDREDS! Any other place wouldn’t have been so honest. Like I said, BEST in Longview.
The shop gets you in and out quickly at a very reasonable price. They have worked on both my 2007 Camry ( cvt axles and brakes) also 1966 Ford truck (engine rebuild).
