I was in such distress this morning and overwhelmed finding out about the damage done to my car by another company, however, this morning Chris for DoReda came and made this pick up of my car to the repair shop, smooth and effortless. He was polite, quick and careful getting my car. I am thankful for you all and for Chris especially for taking even a little bit of the burden from my situation.
My tow truck driver Chris was the nicest man and he got there in a very timely manner. He gave me a ride to the tire shop where my car was dropped off and even zip tied a piece of fender that was falling off from a previous accident. He did that for me and made me feel special and I will definitely use this company again. Hopefully I won’t have to.
I had a great experience with this tow company. Chris arrived quickly, and the driver knew exactly what he was doing—loaded my truck up with zero hassle. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and respectful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find service that’s both efficient and genuinely sweet. Highly recommend them if you need help in a pinch!
Waited 3.5 hours for a tow truck. My vehicle was overheated so I couldn’t turn my car on. I had my two year old with me, it’s 102 degrees outside. They said they were 12 minutes away, still took another 1.5 hours. Will never recommend or use again!
Deeply disappointed, was quoted $125 for a tow for 3 miles. I was 1 mile away from the towing company. Once the driver showed up and managed to get the truck to start I offered to pay him for his troubles on coming out. He called the owners and said it will still be $125, stated he is not the owner and don’t make the prices. I paid and thanked him for his help. After calling to confirm, turns out the cost of the tow is despite distance traveled. Didn’t know those were flat rates. Just a FYI in case anyone is looking for a towing service. $125 for any mileage distance is a great deal.
Nate came to the rescue when my daughter broke down today. His kindness, promptness and when he showed up he just took over and made sure my car was dropped off safely. He went above and beyond. Thanks Nate

Was nice and great driver great help when we called was fast to respond and communicated the whole time drove 4 hours to get us and bring us back home loaded the truck up very nicely and was very respectful brought it to the shop we chose no problem could not have asked for a better response and a better tow highly recommend them and will be using them for now on most of the companies told us no but they said yes
Roadside assistance contacted this towing company, when I called to see how far out they were, dispatch told me they declined the tow, that it was not in their coverage area. I called roadside back. The told me that dispatch accepted the job, and said they could not find me. This was all in the time they had set to be there by. Roadside reassigned the Tow to another company.
These people are fast, affordable, friendly and efficient. The care in which Scottie P handled my car, was nothing short of white glove treatment! I highly recommend this company!

We had to have our car towed to our house which is on a very narrow street with cars parked on the street across from our driveway but Scottie got it into our driveway perfectly and super quickly. Definitely recommend. A++

Silly me locked both sets of keys in my car. Mr. Hicks came out quickly and took only a few minutes to get my car unlocked. Very friendly and quick service.
My truck broke down and I needed a tow to the dealership for warranty related work. This company was dispatched by roadside assistance through the manufacture warranty. Initially I was told the wrecker would arrive in 20-50 mins, However, DoReda Towing was on scene In probably less than 10 mins. The driver was friendly and efficient; it was evident that he had been doing this sort of work for a long time. I was satisfied with their service and I would use them again.
