Riley, my driver Is amazing. He was to me in 30 minutes and rescued me. Badday with my truck but Riley made it ok. Took me and my truck plus 34 ft trailer where I needed to go and even helped (did most of the work) when my trailer got a flat!!!! He has a divine instinct. Thank you Nicole for sending him.

I was having a problem with the brakes locking up on my Pete and Joseph/service mechanic called me twice b4 he arrived to inquire about the issue and my location. I have to say, I was impressed with the young man, started diagnosing and working on the problem right away and fixed my truck within an hour or so. Had the part with him and even rebuilt another one on the spot. Great service, I will definitely recommend Action and Joseph, thanks guys!

Doug was amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Communication skills and attitude were excellent. Semi truck broke down on I-20. He came to save the day. Gave us an eta on when he would arrive and was literally at our location minutes later. He then towed us to our destination safely. Thanks Doug. Action towing out of Longview TX is amazing! Me and my girls was stranded on I20 outside of Marshall for 2 1/12 hours called several tow companies and waited hours and no one ever showed up. Over 20 different law officers passed by us and never once stopped to even check on us. I am also handicap and stranded with my 2 daughters 6 hrs from home. Called action towing and within 25 minutes Anthony showed up, loaded my car and me and my daughters up took us to the garage and stayed with us until we was back on the road! I give him 10 stars! Very professional and made us feel very safe! Thank you Anthony, I really appreciate everything you did for me and my girls!
Took them 2 hrs to get to us, and we were 6 minutes away from their home location. The driver couldn’t be located by the office and had to contact them twice on an update on when they would arrive.

The tow truck driver named Doug came out picked up my 18-wheeler today June 30th off the interstate really knew his stuff. I can't believe the skill he displayed and skillfully lifted my truck up and towed it off. On top of that he was very courteous. Because of Doug I highly recommend action towing if you ever need to tow your 18 wheeler or any other vehicle!
Nothing makes a bad day worse like having to get your car towed. BUT after talking to Ms. Ashley I was almost happy about it. I had been having a extremely unfortunate day & lost almost all hope in humanity. Until Ashley talked to me with such a nice and upbeat tone. She made the pickup process extremely easy and the best part of my day.

I can't thank this towing company enough especially Anthony for the care and compassion they showed my daughter and son during a very tough moment—our family's first car accident. As stressful as that situation was, these guys went above and beyond to make things easier. They were available right when we needed them, offered incredibly fair and affordable service, and treated my kids with kindness and respect.
What truly stood out is that they’re even returning on their own time to help get the car to our house—something they didn’t have to do, but chose to out of sheer generosity. I had an air leak on my trailer. My company contacted you for road service. This was on Saturday, and we didn’t know how long the wait would be. Man! This place right here is amazing. I am not paid for this at all. There were two ladies that was soooooo helpful to me and very understanding to my situation. I can not remember both of their names but one was Kathy. She was so sweet and patient, and the other sweet lady went way above and beyond and I didn't even ask her to. She took it upon herself to call a tire shop and make sure they had my tires for me before I got towed there. The driver that towed my car was very kind as well. His name is Anthony and he made me feel very comfortable riding to the tire shop with him. Normally I struggle sometimes in new situations with new people, and I cannot explain enough how grateful I am for this company. I will ONLY use them moving forward for any of my future towing needs. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I hope anyone who needs a tow will go to ACTION TOWING! Thank you guys!
I've used Action several times over the last 3 years- they've always been quick to the site. If they were all on calls the driver met me at scheduled time. I've never had to wait more than half an hour. They are reasonable with pricing & made paying very convenient. The drivers have been professional & nice. Willing to be helpful & mostly knowledgeable of towing needs & tactics to get the job done with any vehicle or even multiple vehicles !
