Lady I spoke to was very rude and was told the driver would call me but he never did. He told her he called twice but he didn't I have no missed calls. Don't recommend these rude people!

Not once,twice, but over 3 times !!! 2 of which were on the weekends and late as hell at night
And every time regardless of the time Kaylee would answer the phone and be on it like ranch on a nugget

First night they towed my rig Joey and I stayed there looking up videos on YouTube how to unlock my steering wheel after an hour spent with no results I shamefully burdened Joey with my problem and he called me another hour later by then it was around 1 am just to tell me he got it figured and he got me taken care of.

Albert's towing and transport provided excellent service. With minimal notice, they fit us in their schedule. Our Tesla truck batteries went dead and would not take a charge. The doors locked and we couldn't get in to our truck. The owner came out within 30 minutes and had our door unlocked within 2 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Albert’s Towing is absolutely amazing. I was traveling for work through East Texas when I had a blow out and, as it happened, my spare was also flat. I was in a dead spot for my cell phone between Tatum and Henderson. I called Albert’s Towing and spoke with Robbie. She was very patient as I was trying to work through bad cell service and finding where I was at. I explained that I needed to get to a national tire retailer in Longview. Robbie was great with assisting. She asked if I knew where I was going to stay and I explained I hadn’t been able to figure it out since I didn’t have internet. She told me of some hotel options and even said after we dropped my car that the driver would take me to the hotel. That kind of customer service isn’t found much anymore. When Joey, the driver who came to get me, got to me he was extremely friendly, professional, and quick to hook my car up. While we drove to Longview we had a great conversation. Joey is probably one of the nicest truck drivers I have met in my 30 years of being around the trucking industry through work. Joey unloaded my car and took me to my hotel, all with a smile on his face. The situation wasn’t what I planned, but Robbie, Joey, and Albert’s Towing made things better. It was a positive experience from the time Robbie answered the phone until the time Joey dropped me at my hotel. You never want to need a tow truck, but I would recommend the team at Albert’s Towing to everyone. Thank you for everything you did for me.
They were excellent and really kind to me. Dispatcher was even courteous and honest enough to me to get to a place with better service so she could hear my requests! Joey was incredible and very patient with my car being that there's almost no tow points on it! Even though I live four hours away I highly recommend them. Very nice and efficient people.
The receptionist was extremely patient, kind, and empathetic. The tow truck driver arrived within 30 minutes of my first call to the company. The driver was extremely friendly. He was able to get my truck out quickly and without any damage, and the price was half the cost of what I was quoted from other companies.

Very professional. it's never pleasant having to have your vehicle towed & the people working here seem to know this so they made everything really pleasant & they arrived with 45 minutes to pick up our vehicle. I highly recommend Albert's towing hopefully I won't have to have my vehicle towed again but if I do I will use them again.the pricing was way cheaper then I thought it would be.
My truck broke down and I need to get it to the dealership ASAP. Albert showed up to my house in 20 minutes. He treated my truck as if it were his. Very professional and fast service.
I HIGHLY recommend Albert’s Towing!!! I had an unfortunate accident with a curb and flattened both tires! I called Albert’s towing and they were on it! Steve the tow truck driver had my car picked up in 45 minutes and I just left my car and they handled everything! Making sure keys got to discount tire along with my vehicle. Wonderful experience. My jeep was overheating and I needed a tow for repair. They were on location within 10 minutes. The driver and officer personnel were super friendly. I would highly recommend Albert’s towing service!

Albert’s provided the most excellent and careful towing service. We had an incident with our motorhome that required towing and Albert himself personally handled our tow. He was extremely professional and went well beyond with the services he provided. The RV business the motorhome was initially towed to was unable to perform the repair and Albert came out the following day to transport the motorhome to another repair facility. He is one of the only heavy duty wrecker services in east Texas and will respond throughout the area.

Last week my wife ended up getting bad gas from a gas station in Longview. We had no way to get her Tahoe to the dealership to fix it so we started calling around. Out of all 8 of the places we called miss Robby was by far the best person we spoke with. She was so sweet and helpful we wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else. When billy arrived at our house early and ready to help us he was so friendly and kind as well even though he had been up since 4 am! I would recommend Albert’s towing to anyone who needs assistance. I had to get my sons car towed today. I called and talked to Karen and she was very helpful. She told me a driver would call me and let me know when he would arrive. Since it was a Saturday I figured it would be a while.
Billy, the driver, called me within 15 min and arrived shortly after. He was very nice and professional. If you need a tow and need it quick, give them a call. They are great!
I didn't have the longest tow, but even with weekend prices it wasn't too expensive. The Dispatch lady Robbie was really nice and even knew where I lived before I finished the address. She had decent knowledge of the area even if I didn't, and I don't know who the driver was, but he even parked me in a parking spot so I didn't have to interact too much. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience and will use them again if needed.

I was involved in an accident on I20, and Albert and his team were extremely helpful and kind during this experience. They allows my dogs, who were in the accident with me, to ride in the tow truck with me. They went over and beyond to meet me at 1:30 am so that I could gather items out of my totaled car. They also allowed me to come back the next week to grab a few forgotten items, and helped to unload heavier items for me. Overall, they provided excellent service, and I’m very appreciative of the kindness they showed during my traumatic experience. I would 100 percent recommend others use this group for towing needs!!
Amazing! Albert answered my calls and was very polite and answered all of my questions. Towed my truck and RZR 2 hours back to Dallas with me in the back seat. Felt safe the whole way and he explained everything very well. Great company highly highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Albert’s Towing, and specifically with Mike! Needing a very low sports car towed, we were worried about it scraping the ground, but Mike was like a surgeon, carefully finagling and tweaking each step of the way. And I’m 103* heat! That ground was steaming! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Day started off great. We picked up our new food truck for Longview and almost made it home. Broke down on the I20 - 32 miles out side of Longview bit of dangerous spot with a big blue . Called 3 different tow companies and all we’re wishy washy about taking care of us. Told us 3 hrs before they could and out right said no. Called Alberts and was lucky enough to get the man himself. Taking care of business. He was confident, cool and kind. He got our infor and within 30 min was on the spot. Albert the owner with urgency and concern for us. Got us off the 20 and to safety.
