This was a bad experience made worse by unwillingness to work with me on pick up times and not meeting the time requirement they set. They assured me it would be picked up within 48 hours causing me to make multiple trips to pick up a check that wasn’t there. They were rude to the shop when calling them. Not a good experience. I hope I never need this type of service again, but if I do I will use someone else.
I was very pleased. Even when I lost my phone on the day scheduled for the car's pick up, they helped me through a borrowed phone and we got it done. I can't recall all the names, but David and Abdul I do remember. Everyone was very professional and kind. Thank you!!
They offered me 10k for a 50k car that was practically brand new . They claim they buy any car but kept telling me over the phone only salvage or junk cars . I told them no to there quote now they’re spam calling and sending emails to me sending me a quote for 10k for a new Mustang , these guys are jokes
This lady said she give me $56 or $75 for a 2007 Saturn vue and the only thing wrong with it when it rains it gets wet inside cause of the sunroof and it runs good I told her have a great day

The service they used to pick our car was just as professional and friendly. The entire experience took two days from start to getting my check. I was lost and puzzled after I wrecked my Honda Odyssey.It was sitting in the yard of a body shop after the insurance company said it was beyond repairs. I kept trying to call different salvage yards and no one would show any interest in buying for parts. Finally I was looking on google and found Cashforcars and it took me less than six minutes and I received a call with few questions about the make model year and its condition. Once my truck went down again, I was not wanting to put anymore funds into a repair. The experience was wonderful and very easy. My money offer was more than fair for my vehicle. The only thing that was an issue was no call from the towing company as was promised by the appointment setter for the wrecker service. With that one exception the whole process was Simple, Quick , and Easy.
