They charged me 524$ for a tow because my ex boyfriend was arrested,he called me to come get my truck and the cop said no! I work part time and didn't have 1$ when this happened. I had to borrow money from 3 different family members and a neighbor! I've never heard of anyone being charged that much! I can't even buy food and I'm a victim ,he took my truck unauthorized! First, my car had been stolen. I found out They had it about 3 weeks after they got it. I was trying to get there since I had no vehicle. It was difficult, but before I could, they had sent me a message saying they moved it to the Longview yard because someone was breaking into their yard in Kilgore. I had called and told them I needed to come get my property out of the vehicle, namely a backpack which I know for a fact was in there when it was brought there and I said I needed to get a folder with my vital record out of it. Now although the man at the Kilgore yard said that they lock it up tight so it's secure and no one goes in it after they get it, when I got to the Longview yard, I assume things were different there. The lady in the office was fabulous. Very helpful, informative and friendly but when I found my vehicle in the yard, the windows were rolled down, every door was unlocked, and the hatch was open Upon looking through the vehicle, I noticed that my backpack was not there. My computer, my knives, My debit cards and I'll put a few flash drives that were in the backpack that were now on the floorboard was gone... Those, and coincidentally (?), the one thing that I said that I told them I needed out of it, the folder containing my vital records, was gone. It was sitting neatly on the front seat. Isn't that odd?
They literally saved our lives when AAA put us off till dawn running our air so my Husband could breathe almost ran out of gas waiting . Colton was more than Wonderful. I can't Thank him enough or the company. They came out shortly after we called them. He helped my Husband up into the truck with us asking. My Husband had suffered a stroke during a routine procedure at Christus. It has definitely weakened him. He also added money from his pocket because neither of us had change, 10.00. Sooo Thankfull we got them.
I got stuck with mechanical problems while traveling in my RV. I called Isaacs to get a tow to Freightliner. Michael responded to tow the RV and went above & beyond. He was actually able to get a mobile mechanic to the site who was able to get it fixed on site pretty quickly. I strongly recommend these guys. Top notch equipment and excellent customer service!
Aaron truck 591 was honestly the nicest professional tow truck driver I ever used. He has a clean truck and he was just so helpful. I highly recommend him if you are ever stuck he is the best man to help! Thanks again I wish there were more men like you out there!
I can't remember the drivers name but he was great, took real good care of my motorhome and got it to a repair shop very quickly. I was disabled out on 259 near the ProFab shop south of Kilgore and they were very professional in getting my motorhome to the shop in good order. The driver made all the preparations to my motor home so that nothing else would be damaged in the tow. The incident happened on Thursday July 22, so if ISAACS could give the driver my thanks it would be greatly appreciated.

What an absolute God-send! If you have any chance to do business with these people PLEASE DO!! Brandon came out to the park where I had my 1 and 2 year old to jump my battery. It was so hot and my roadside assistance said it would take an hour and a half to get there! Not only did he get there within 5 minutes, he worked quickly and told me I could put my kids in his air conditioned tow truck! It turns out my battery was really in bad shape so he called the closest auto parts store and told them all the details on my car so that when I got there it would be waiting. After all that above and beyond work, he called to check that I had made it to the store. I wish there were more companies like this and more importantly people like this in the world. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!
Another fabulous tow company! Professional, thorough, and referred by another favorite tow company of mine, Isaac's really went above and beyond my expectations. Yet another unique situation with a driver that flaked out on the load because he didn't want to ding his shiney new stepdeck (good luck finding jobs, buddy) but I'm confident had the driver let Isaac's do their thing, his precious step would have been just fine. Either way, we got another driver and Isaac's had him loaded and on the road before you could say "call Isaac's and get rolling again!" When we buy in this area again, they'll be my first and only call. We look forward to working with Isaac's soon.
