I've dealt with ABC in Paris on several occasions but never the one in Gladewater until this past weekend. Jake, helped me and he has top notch customer service skills. He was helpful, knowledgeable and jumped right on replacing my battery, despite it being cold as all get out. I wish ABC had locations closer to Houston, I'd never shop anywhere else.
I was looking for LED headlights and I called the store first to make sure that they were in stock. They were, so I went to the store and purchased them! Harley installed the for me and I was good to go! This store has some amazing employees!
if you're wanting some good quality parts at a fair price, this would be the place go if you want China made products Go jump on that jungle site and get them from there
After having some minor issues, I went to visit this location. Rozlind C. was wonderful from the time I entered. She greeted me with a smile, checked and tested the things I asked her about and even went above and beyond carrying my battery to my vehicle. What amazing service! You for sure can’t find that often these days.
Very friendly and helpful people. I would rather go there for my parts and to get someone who cares for you instead of going to someone who tells you that you change out your headlights in your car cuz they don't know what they are saying! If you don't know the answer then don't give a bogus answer! 😂

Such great service! Our car battery was dead. Got the car jump started and took it straight here! They put the new battery in and took the old one. John was the technician and did a great job! In and out in less than 15 minutes!!!!
I went to ABC in Gladewater for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I'm a woman and usually I'm embarrassed to go to parts stores but I HAD to since my husband was working. Mason helped me and got me exactly what I needed. He understood what it was I needed and he did an amazing job explaining to me what different options I had. He did not try to upsell me and was super respectful. Y'all are lucky to have him, I will definitely be returning.
I came in yesterday for a battery for my wife's car. I had originally called ahead to make sure they had one, and when I got there, Mason had it set out and ready before I even paid. He then took it upon himself to come out and switch it out for me in the heat, without me asking him to. I was thoroughly pleased with the level of service that day.
I also mentioned I had forgotten to buy anti corrosion gel for the posts, and he ran inside and just grabbed a can of aerosol spray and took care of that so I wouldn't have to remember later. I'll be back every time I need a part for anything. Good job, ABC team!
Ended up going here after a vehicle emergency left me stranded. The staff member that helped us was very helpful and provided me with everything I needed to get my vehicle moving again.
Small town auto parts store but BIG on friendly and knowledgeable employees. They are awesome with trying to help in any way they can and even recommend other places when they don't stock what you need. It's a win-win here.
Incredibly nice young man who took his time to help us replace a coil that had no part number and the application was uncertain. Also, we always have better luck with this parts house compared to others, both with price and service. Definitely will continue to be a repeat customer.
This is the place you want to go to for car parts. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They definitely have the customer's best interests at heart. Josh in particular was "on the ball" today. He took the time to make sure what I came in for was what I actually needed, and that I would be able to properly install it when the time came. 10/10 would visit again!
Best place for auto parts in East Texas. Store was clean and fronted. Employees were very helpful to not only walkins but on the phone as well. Customer service was top notch. Great selection of parts and accessories. Great parts, great prices, great people. Nuff said.

Very nice employees, one in particular who helped me personally is name Elmer. He was able to loan me jumper cables and check my battery and alt when I got back. Then offered suggestions on what is going on with other problems my truck is having. Store itself is nice and clean. Highly recommend this place.
Almost paid 5 bucks for two bolts and nuts. 7/16's ×1". Went next door to Ace and paid 58 cents. Because if I would've bought two bolts from ABC I got stuck with a 5 pack of nuts. Said the guy in your Gladewater Store.
Two of the younger employees were very rude. As in rude I mean, flipped me off then told me they were closed 5 minutes before they were supposed to. Didn't catch the name of them but will not be returning.
Been going here for 12 yrs. Always great customer service! They go the extra mile and will help you with little things on your car. Such a lights, wipers and running diagnostics on you vehicle. You can also borrow tools here. Just ask abc employee. :)
