My husband and I were traveling all the way from Illinois to Texas to visit family when we popped a tire and got stuck on the side of the road. Was stuck and had been stuck for 3 days, we spent over 4+ hours trying to pull me out with the f350 dullay with the tractor behind it and my truck was moving them instead of them moving my truck. 271 was my 2nd call and the only 1 of the 2 that gave me a serious price, 50 mins after my call I was unstuck and back on the road!! Had a blow out on 271 at 630 am. Called and a wrecker driven by Troy arrived in less than 30 minutes. He loaded the truck and took it to where I needed it to be. He was very sweet and kind and was such a great help. 10/10 recommend this company and if you’re lucky enough, have Troy be your driver.
