Called to get an alignment and they told me it was going to be $99 then they asked what the reason was I needed it and I said cuz I replaced parts on the front end then they said it was going to be $200 because it could be too far out of alignment. It's barely off alignment so no thank you. I will do business elsewhere.

Called and told Rope that I needed a quote on suspension parts and that I was providing parts. He put me on hold for 10 minutes just to tell me they wont install outside parts, regardless if they are the same parts they install. Rude and inconsiderate to make me wait on hold knowing what I needed. They could have offered a higher labor rate to cover what they wanted to make in parts. Instead they turned me away.

I've been to A&O a few times now, and I've had nothing but fantastic service from them. I came in with a car that wouldn't turn over and the crew found all the issues and ASKED me what I wanted to approve before starting work. When I had questions, they took the time to explain the differences of parts and sections of the motor without talking down to me and I walked away with a better understanding of my vehicle. Walt and Rope are knowledgeable and well spoken. Will continue to return to have my vehicles serviced.

Great mechanic! They are very friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable! My husband and I have been bringing our cars in since we moved here last year and they have done excellent work, and have always been very transparent with us.

I have been using A&O since they first came to Pottsboro. They have always done a great job and at a fair price. Keep your money local and use these guys for any and all vehicle needs!

Used them for small things like oil changes , inspection and stuff. The first time I needed a big job done..(replace shocks and struts on a car) they wanted 100 dollars to put together an estimate. This is why it's hard to support local businesses... Went to Brakes Plus.... Estimate was free.... They got the job.

Have my oil change at A&O auto care , great service . They have multi point check and even have report link send to my phone with photos . Nice staffs , would recommend to friends .

Just got an oil change there, asked for full synthetic oil! My sister called and set the appointment up and told them 3 times that I wanted full synthetic. Got synthetic blend Asked for a fuel filter got it changed but charged more in labor than the filter costs and took about 10 minutes to replace. The filter would cost me $78 if I bought I was charged $142 Asked for Air filter got that done and charged almost as much in labor as the filter costs, the filter would cost me $38 was charged $62 I will NEVER do business with these ripoffs again!!! Update! I went in to discuss the overcharging and they see nothing wrong with the charges and think what they are doing is totally ok!! Walt and his management are Scams!! They do what they want and blame you for it!!!

We have serviced our vehicles multiple times here. I've never had a bad experience with them. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Service has always been fast. They ask you before doing anything additional and quote prices for additional labor and parts. I highly recommend and hope you have the same great experience as I have.

Whenever this business first opened 5 years ago it really was about serving the needs of the customer. Since then, prices are now more than a dealership would charge not to mention the amount of time they take just to escalate the labor cost of your statement. Is there any honesty in business practices anymore?

Excellent place to have your car or truck repaired. Had a set of breaks put on my wife's 2004 Infiniti G35. They did a great job and on schedule. Shop is increadibly clean and well run. I highly recommend this shop.

I've been bringing my vehicles to A and O for over 3 years. The Nelsons Are top shelf Christian people. Their Prices are reasonable and they do quality work. I'm very glad to have Them in Pottsboro.

Had to update my review. The place was great when it first opened, but now there is too long of a wait and has caused damage to our car just doing a simple oil change. Didn't go back for a while then recently went up there to see if they could take a quick look at my trucks ac but was told I would have to make an appointment just to look at it. (which was two weeks out). Meanwhile there were two guys just kicked back at the front desk and another polishing the garage floors....

My first time there and even though all I needed at the time was an inspection, the service was excellent and fast. Kenny and Walt were great and I will definitely bring my car back when necessary.

I cannot recommend A&O Auto enough. Integrity is the name of their game & quality is their expertise. They are fair and thorough. I will NOT be taking any of my vehicles to any other mechanic. They have a new lifetime customer in the Klein family. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles to these guys, you won't regret it. Big shout out to Kenny, Walt and Kerry.

I will never let them work on my truck again. Made an appointment for fuel filter change. One week later when my appointment was scheduled I redirected a call that afternoon saying the filter just came in. Two more days for service was completed. To top it off when I picked it up it^a hard start and not normal. They couldn't explain it. I can they did not have the fuel filter tight for the Secours time. Clearly they don't check their own work. They also would not perform a tire mount and Balance because I didn't buy the tire from them. They have zero tires in stock and have to order. Never ever for myself, my wife and if anyone asks I would be happy to share my experience with A&O.

Great business and even better A&O is family owned and operated. Their prices are reasonable and they are careful in their work. They have great communication between their service writers, hands on mechanics and the customer. I have had several visits now and I have never had a better experience than theirs from dealerships to other private repair shops. TOP NOTCH and FAIR PRICES. mbk

We recently moved from out of state and needed a vehicle inspection to register our truck. A&O Auto got us in immediately, the staff was friendly and very knowledgable and the garage was the cleanest we've every seen! We knew that we'd found our new local mechanics!

Kerry wanted to have a business that has a honest & reputable name that treats customers with Respect & integrity. He has accomplished that, I know I can trust his work & his word. My oil pressure was as high as it could go all of a sudden headed towards pottsboro....I saw the shop and pulled in worried, they are not my usual place I go to to do oil changes...so I was hesitant. But the gentleman was very kind even though they were booked they got my car in to make sure I didn't do any further damage before setting up an appointment for a few hours later to see what was happening. They are very attentive as a first time customer and was through doing the oil change. And went over all possible details. The pricing is cheaper than I normally pay! It was a nightmare that turned into my issue pretty much solved and being a pleasant day! I will go back.

I am a new customer with A&O Auto. I have used these folks for three separate auto issues, and each time I have been so pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the office staff. Of course the service and experience of the technicians is the corner stone of their business. This last visit their character and honesty were clearly evident. They found a problem with some wiring where rodents had chewed. They called and told me of the problem and let me know it could be expensive to repair. The beginning estimate was a $115.00. When I picked up my car I was told the damage was very minor, and they repaired the wiring with no charge. Some shops I’ve used in the past would have milked me to the max. They did an oil change on our truck is was reasonably priced and they were quick! The office staff is super friendly and make you comfortable while you wait!! We will be going back for our future oil changes!!

A&O Auto are truly a great family business to support. I always take my vehicle there and I always recommend them to anyone looking for an honest place to take their vehicles. I was there when someone was looking for a battery for a tractor and the owner went out of his way to find a battery for the customer.

All-around great service!!! Had to bring my three year old along with me and Sharon at the front desk was outstanding. Not only was she kind enough to help keep him occupied, but she even gave him several sheets of stickers to play with. Highly recommend checking this place out!
