Flip a coin, if Gilbert is there then the transaction goes quite smooth, if Neil is there he's got some passive aggressive issues and I'll walk out when I see him at the counter. As for the quality of Napa products, as they say, your mileage may vary.
It is the only place I go for parts if they don't have it my best friend Neil Moreno (employee of napa) will find it and have it for me within a week.

This store isn't my first choice when seeking parts for my daily driver. The service is decent. You will usually have to wait for most parts because they will have to special order specific parts. The prices here are higher than most other places. If you are in a bind and needing parts it is either hit or miss. You will be lucky if the part you are looking for is in stock. If you are looking for really basic stuff you can find it here and by basic I mean fluids, tools, batteries..etc.
Always friendly service... However sometimes the selection is lacking when I need parts now, I have to drive out of town. There hours don't always meet my needs.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ASKED AN EMPLOYEE FOR A COPY OF MY INVOICE TO BE FAXED OVER 3 TIMES NOW AND STILL HAVEN'T SEEN IT. EVERY TIME I CALL, SAID EMPLOYEE STATES THAT HE IS JUST ABOUT TO SEND IT NOW! COME ON, GET IT TOGETHER!!!
HAD A PROBLEM WITH EMPLOYEE AT THIS STORE. MADE A COMPLAINT . RECEIVED A CALL FROM MANAGER THE VERY NEXT MORNING ASSURING ME THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED. A VERY QUICK RESPONSE. THANKYOU .
