Chris was my driver, called to let me know how long it would take him to arrive. He explained things to me about my vehicle that I needed to know. I am not from this area Chris was able to help me get a hotel close to the dealership where he dropped my vehicle then took me to the hotel. Along the route he was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about what was in the surrounding area. He was easy to talk to and just a really friendly person. I am so thankful to have met him. Turned my horrible experience into a very restful evening.
My SUV was sitting with two wheels off of the ground after I ran off the side of my friend’s driveway pulling in. I called Tink’s and within 15 minutes Jordan was there to get me out of the jam I was in. Not 10 minutes later I was good to go. Friendly customer service, fair prices, attention to detail so I would not have any damage and prompt service. Jordan was the BEST! Can’t say enough about how awesome these folks are. My wife and son got a flat on a Saturday when they were traveling. Tinks got there less than 10 minutes after I called and Jordan had her spare on and her back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Very professional!
