Bad experience the kid with the Edgar cut looked high and did not want to help me with a return due to auto zone not taking returns the item was unused and had receipt on email and I let the Edgar know that it was in the policy that auto zone takes returns
Jake and Ty were awesome! They helped me with my Miata super fast and they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable... I even learned about my own car through Jake! Thank you guys
the assistant manager Jose is the ONLY reason I go to this AutoZone he has great customer service helps figure out what part (if not for certain) is. the other managers and works will tell a customer that they are NOT a mechanic so don't ask because they don't know. so if you go to this AutoZone ask for Jose.
I went to o’Reilly first why I have no clue cause they didn’t have socket In stock but so I seen the auto zone walked in was greeted with friendly hello and smiles I tell the man Mr Jose Garza what’s wrong immediately he grabs his thing headed out to my car takes care of it this dude was super amazing honestly I feel like I owe him lunch it was a small thing like tightening the battery post but he didn’t kno how much it meant. I went to the AutoZone in Lamarque, Tx. I believe it's technically West Texas City, it's the location address 5610 FM 1765. The Employee named Dawn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and all around pleasure to be doing business with. She helped me with my issue with no problems. Keep up the great work and I appreciate your professionalism very much. I will be returning to your store.
This Autozone is amazing Jose was great. His customer service is the best , he goes above and beyond to help his customers, not just selling the parts . He help me get blinkers back working.
I went to the store located in La Marque and a gentleman by the name of Jose was very accommodating. He greeted me as I entered and was able to answer all of my questions.I will visit this store again.
I went in to this location for one thing and Juan has excellent customer service. There was a female that was working and she was rude. Did not like her approach, but not going to let her steal his shine from 5stars she needs to work on her customer service.
amazing service! It took less then 3 minutes for them to find the type of back light I needed and get me checked out AND THEN Jose (I'm pretty sure that's his name I mightve read his nametag wrong) helped us put the light on and taught us how to properly do it in the future. overall a great experience

I never leave reviews, but this one I felt was more than worthy. I came to this Auto Zone late this evening bc it was the only one that had the part that I needed in stock. They were getting ready to close shop when I finally made it in; sweeping, counting the drawer, etc. (it was 8:48pm.. they close at 9pm ) I was in a flustered mood already and coming in at that time of night, i automatically assumed that the associates working there would as well be just as annoyed. But my experience was actually exactly the opposite! Jose was the nicest and most informative Auto Zone employee to date. When he could’ve easily shrugged me off as I totally expected him to; he acted like he was happy to help me, resonated with my car issue with a real life, personal scenario , AND he made my 11 year old son’s night. I don’t know if my son has ever experienced the kindness of a stranger that way, and he talked about how nice Jose was our entire 30 minute drive home. So thank you to Jose, for shining some light on our not so bright evening, and thank you to TC Auto Zone for being the only store within a 25 mile radius to actually have the part that I needed!
It was good overall they do not have any small tubes for dirt bikes but 1 stars And the lady was a 3 she was rude and she did NOT put our stuff in a bag like does she want us to carry it with our hands??? Like anyways 1/5 Do NOT recommend
Jake was amazing person. Helped me and my wife with our headlight. Was having trouble figuring out the problem and with his help got it resolved. Very kind, compassionate, caring and all around a good guy. I would use the store as my home store due to his efforts in helping us. Thanks Jake. I appreciate buddy. Highly recommend store and employee definitely the best AutoZone experience I ever had. And AutoZone is my home away from home. Been going to AutoZone my whole adult hood. Thanks for the experience.
I believe his name is Jose, I had the pleasure to meet such an amazing person when I had issues with my tail light and break light switch going bad. He jumped outside and put them both in for me! Ty so much! It's hard to find great ppl like him!

I needed a battery for my car and went here to get a replacement but it didn't fit. So the manager told me that they didn't have it at that store. He was sick and willing to drive to the Dickinson store to get the battery. I had to get the battery from a part store next door and when I came back the manager Jose Barrientos installed the battery for me. He was sick and on a cold night but still went above and beyond.
Jake Rhoads assisted me with purchasing and charging my headlight and brake light which I was not even aware was out. He was very friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service. Thanks so much!
This is the best auto parts store in town. Today the manager helped me replace two of my headlights within 10 min. I kinda forgot her name but she was a very pretty Hispanic lady. She was very polite and I highly recommend her and she sure does deserve a raise.
Jake helped me right away to find the right headlight and windshield wipers that I needed for my vehicle. I also appreciated him installing it for me. He gave good customer service and definitely knowledgeable on the products. Jake, you saved the day and thanks again!
I believe she was the Store Manager. She was fantastic. Showed her a relay i needed for my motorcycle, she found the exact fit. She was thoughtful, and caring. I would recommend this store for any traveler. Thanks for your help. 10/4 7pm.
Me and my wife took our kids to Galveston Island for vacation this last weekend. We met my oldest son in Galveston for this trip. He and his girlfriend drive down. The night before we leave my sons car Alternator goes out. At the same time my wife went into the hospital. So we had a lot on our plate. The GM Teresa at this Texas City location was absolutely amazing! She helped us with general knowledge of our issues that helped us understand how to fix the car. We were able to borrow some tools to change the alternator and the tensioner belt in the parking lot ourselves and get us back on the road. The entire time we were fixing the car she helped out so many other patrons of that community. Before we left we all gave her a hug because she was so amazing. I hope she gets recognized for her amazing talent!
