Great parts don't make up for bad service. Would recommend Advanced Auto Parts a little further down the road instead of this AutoZone location or O'Reilly's across the street.

I'm a member of autozone and have always had a great experience there. The employees are helpful and long as you call with your member info they will deliver or put your item up front for you to pick up.

Went in today was in the store 10 min, no one spoke or offered help. It took a while to find what I needed, I went to pay then the guy with no name tag asked me did I need help!! I am a store manager of a business and the first thing everyone should do is offer assistance. the customer service here is clearly not a priority so I will shopping with oreily moving forward.

I stopped by because I had a headlight out. Ethan B was AWESOME!!! He made sure II got the right light bulb, and helped me get the best price. He even put the bulbs in for me. They were not easy but he did it. He was so polite and made sure my experience in the store was pleasant. Thank you again Ethan for all your help!

Horrible customer service. Not helpful whatsoever. And rude over the phone. Spoke with Amy the “manager” and I had to do her job for her by calling another store to order a part under warranty because “they’re not able to order parts from other stores” apparently. This is why I shop at other retailers. Way to go zone

I shop at AutoZone because their products are mid-grade and mid-priced. I do not shop at AutoZone for their intelligence. You have to know exactly what you are looking for (preferably with part number) before going in this store. The La Marque one isn't too bad though.

Ms. Angelica helped me with a purchase of a new battery. Ms. Angelica informed me the battery did have warranty and through it being purchased on a commercial account, I was able to keep the purchased battery and refunded! What a surprise!! Ms. Angelica was very thorough and helpful in the process. Thanks again for excellent customer service!!!

Only reason they're getting two stars is because they had my part. Otherwise it would be one. Person came out at 7:29 to tell me they don't open till 7:30, then went back inside and did not open until 7:44. Staff was very unfriendly and seemed burdened by my presence in the store. I will drive to another location next time rather than go back here or I will go to one of the other auto parts stores in the area

Miss Samantha Lynch help me out WONDERFULLY. I have disabilities and they were so kind and patient with me and help me find everything that I needed and also gave great advice. This store has great management and has probably been the best AutoZone experience I’ve ever had!

I went in 40 mins before they closed needing a battery hoping they would have one in stock and be able to install it , Danielle went above and beyond to make sure I got the battery I needed she explained all the options and even installed it and made sure I was good to go. Hands downs the Best customer service i have had.

Austin was really helpful! I came in to get my check engine code scanned and he noticed my vehicle kind of hesitated to start. After checking my battery, we realized that I needed a new one. Thank you for all of the help!!!!

Called and some kid name Jake answered I asked if certain parts were available..he said he was gonna write them down which is strange since the computer is right in front of them to see what parts are available at the moment a customer should call..I have no idea what this kid did writing down that info but when you got your vehicle on stands and are need of the part at that moment..it's not professional or a good way to keep customers to continue shopping at your place of business when you write down the parts and place customers on hold and forget about them.Give the job to people who actually want to help customers and not kids that walk away from customers and ignore them.I have worked in customer service for years and you definitely do not do that if you want to keep your job, come on.

Needed a new battery and Veronica and her team did a fantastic job helping me .... Very patient and understanding walk me through each step and they suggestions that they think was best for me and my vehicle.... Veronica even took the time to watch my little boy while I went in to make different purchases! Such a great team!

Went in for a taillight and Angel was very responsive and offered to look at my lights to be sure I got what I needed. He saw I only needed a single bulb and immediately offered to replace it for me! When checking out he realized he jumped in to help me so quickly that he forgot to clock in so I hope his management will credit him for the time he assisted me!

Mike did a great job helping me! Very fast, friendly & professional. Saved me money as well by checking my car out! I thought I needed a new headlight but it wasn’t actually plugged in & he noticed that. Overall 10/10 service :)

Good friendly people but not the most willing to help. I get asked what I'm looking for and yeah it's over on that isle. At least they gave me a very close proximity. Then to check out the lady was standing there and told me the self checkout was over there. So do I need to pull my own parts to? At least they were friendly. No bags at self check out so carrying to items in your hands can get tricky.
