Worst store ever rude and inconsiderate refuse to come to the front to help me talked to a customer about nothing while people waited and waited. These people had children running around throwing soda bottles and unruly. The staff was the parent not watching their children terrible just terrible

Family auto parts here. Don't let the women fool you. These people are a well oiled machine. I'm a business man and I've been in the auto business for over 40 years and this is what I call a Team. Great work Rodney!!
My husband and I took our truck to this O'Riley Auto Parts location to ask them if they would run a quick diagnostic on it so we would know what it was that caused the check engine light to come on. We needed to get it completely fixed before we just decided to drive our 1 ton, break down time bomb that would probably end up exploding in the middle of the highway somewhere in downtown Houston, during rush hour traffic, miles away from the nearest store, during the hottest part of the summer... That's our luck lol... Anyway, my husband went inside and what I thought would be a quick visit turned into half an hour or more, before he finally comes out without getting any help... They said that they get paid by the part and running a free diagnostic was a waste of their valuable time... I will NEVER go back to that place again! That's just ridiculous!!!
Not sure how I feel but didn't appreciate the fact that I brought my battery in that I had a warranty on and they wouldn't change it for me I had to ask two strangers to help me. And the older gentlemen told me he wasn't even supposed to be working in the front therefore he would not do it. The woman said it was too heavy for her to lift. I'm just baffled at the fact that they would get a job like that and expect to not do anything .... It was horrible IFO NOT recommend going to this store if you need help with your vehicle.
I had to return some parts, the employees were very kind and helpful! There was a small problem and instead of just telling me I can't return them, he did everything he could to help me and thanks to his help I was able to return them! I wish I would have gotten his name..
I just bought a Bluetooth stereo. It was reasonably priced but the guy who serviced me was above and beyond courteous and very very helpful. Shane on me for not remember his name
If you want customer service don't go here. Autozone is autozone is just next door and they have better service altogether. Bill inside of this location seems to have no customer service at all doesn't seem to care to be there yeah there. It was a hassle for me to ask a simple question where I simply had to walk out due to his lack of caring
Customer Service was awesome and very helpful. Only thing I'd say is batteries for vehicles are ridiculously expensive from anywhere! That is all... carry on

The employee's, Greg, Scott and Rodney, are always extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable about various aspects of the industry and seek to over deliver when helping customers. Sean is a fairly new store manager that fits right in with the culture that has been developed over the years. He is grateful for their expertise, care and patience. Great customer service. Assisted with sizing options, removed old parts and had new parts installed before the cashier finished ringing up the total. Highly recommend.
