Went to pick-up a part. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the part was lost. The part was pulled for me to pickup but the staff couldn't find it at first. Several other members helped to locate the part. But their attempts were in vain. So, they told me they could have one shipped asap for no additional charge or refund the oder. Until the manager stepped in for one more final check. With in a minute, he found it! Then they apologized for the inconvenience and got me on my way. This is my go to part store. Great team work, excellent knowledge and experience.

Ordered part and person said when part came in someone could put put it on. Picked up part and Manny was so rude. Said they don't put parts on. It was the truck shock for VW sun. My friend is a single mom so this Manny person needs an attitude adjustment when dealing with the public.

Never again. Terrible customer service. Waiting in line with three people working and a line waiting, two disappear while one is helping a customer and after waiting an additional five minutes before they came back i jolted for the door. With a line waiting you would think they would take the next customer.

Can't give much info or 5 stars wasn't there very long but I will say the employee I dealt with was very courteous. All the employees were preoccupied when I walked in as soon as their current task was complete they were calling the next customer up. The location is horrible tucked in behind other businesses but they did have the part I needed when no other stores did.

So… I love O’reilly’s. However, I wanna say that the “sales man” that came into our shop with his brochure today needs to get with the times. Him acting like women have no idea how to work tools was offensive. To the point I had to let him know, I’m the one that uses the tools in my house hold. My husband doesn’t need to hold my hand. Do better.

I don't know who gave this store its high rating, but my experience here was horrible! Returned new brakes because they gave me the wrong part, but the clerk (hispanic male) actually took his fingers and scrubed them across the pad, trying to feel for dirt and grime! I stated to him that he can't be serious! He stated his boss told him to do this! I told him he was a liar! Oriellys does not encourage conflict in its stores. He called the manager, and the manager promptly did the return. No fuss what so ever. These are the types of incidents that get companies sued for no good reason. Don't forget to follow me as I travel around America giving you my reviews so you don't waste your money or time!

The new location is trash at answering the phone. Called serval times on different days. Including today and no answer…customer service is terrible. You’ll do better going to league city of Main Street for excellent service or La Marque.

Manny was very helpful . He got the part I needed order and even installed my wiper blades.. I came at a busy time and he was very attentive to me and making sure I was well cared for..The store was clean and everyone was working togather and got the line down quickly.

I just love how they park their fleet vehicles in front of the store taking up all of the disabled spaces. Luckily there were two open spaces in front of the residential side last time i went but none on the commercial side. As a disabled vet it makes it inconvenient as I have trouble walking distances sometimes, but as long as their employees dont have to walk a few extra steps who cares right? Also was sold an antifreeze with a broken seal and when i went to exchange it for another they wouldnt. I don't know if it was tampered with but they didn't care.

Sheri was excellent in figuring out how to fix an issue between online payment with Klarna for an order. When I picked up my order, the associate had me use my card for payment. In a nutshell, the order was paid for twice and no one in the store at the time (including her) had dealt with the issue before. She took the time to look at the receipt, order number, transaction numbers, as well as the store's inventory transactions and was able to correct the issue. She also advised me on what to tell the associate and how to make sure it's done correctly if I were to encounter the issue again.

Went to this location today. Pretty busy. Everyone employee was moving with a sense of urgency. I was greeted several times by different associates. In particular Sheri was amazing. Multitasking between several customers. Quick and professional. This is the place, and in particular, the location, to come for all your auto parts if you want the same A1 service that I just received.

The assistant manger I believe, Samantha,is very knowledgeable on parts and installation. Me being under a hood most of my life was impressed by the lingual and courtesy she had to the other customers that where in front of me inline. The gal knows whats she's doing. What's the word... Dimond in the ruff ....

This is the third time I have had issues with O'Reilly's, first time a while back was over a oil filter I didn't even put a bad review because I was like maybe it was just a mistake well today I put in the bad review for both la marque and Texas city. Today I went to put on my belt and today I couldn't put my belt on because they gave me the wrong one. I'm done with O'Reilly's I will stick to AutoZone from now on.

The best O Reilly. Im from Dallas and had an emergency on my way to Galveston. My car needed a new battery. Amber and Becca took care of me! They were so nice and patient. DESERVES A RAISE. Becca switched out my battery with no complaints after closing time. Serious Life Savers. 100/10. Would have tipped $100 each if i had any extra money. God Bless you guys

I was on my way home from work and needed a new battery. My battery was dead after work so I needed a jump just to get to O'Reilly's but once I got there my experience was good as always. I was trying to get home to cut the yard and help my wife pickup the house a little bit b/c we had a birthday party to setup on Saturday for our youngest I was going to take the new battery home and bring the old battery back since there's a core charge involved but Nathan offered to change it out for me. I just wanted to say I really appreciate the help with fixing me up and getting me home. Good Customer Service is still an incredibly valuable skill to have even today. Nathan Thanks Again, Randy

Went in for a new battery and I believe her name was Samantha helped me out, she was amazing!!! I had no idea how to remove a part that was blocking my old battery and she took care of it no problem!!! Definitely deserves a raise or at the very least some recognition!!!

Had a great experience here. After a stressful day went to auto zone and customer service was horrible. Took my business to o'reileys and they were so much nicer and helpful. I really appreciate the employee that helped me out.

If they don't have what I need in the store they usually get one sent over from a different location within a few hours or have it ordered within a reasonable time. I've been to this store plenty of times and everyone has been eager to help!

The guys here are fantastic, Nathaniel is great and gave me some great advice on a motor I'd never worked on before. Made fixing my friend's alternator way easier. They get me what I need, and they're super chill. Definitely a great parts store. Thanks lads.

I can't say enough about this place. My mom stopped to get her wipers changed and then her car wouldn't start. Darryl checked her battery. They took care of her like she was their mother. It's hard to find people like this nowadays. Thank you so much.

They were extremely,nice, they're store was clean and nice plus, the management made sure people were safe because of COVID 19, by wearing masks and distancing at 6 to 7 feet from each other. I like this store alot it's the cleanest auto store I've ever seen.

This O'Reilly has EXCEPTIONAL Employees! I stopped in close to closing time to get some oil for my vehicle as it was running very very low. Although it was only about five minutes to closing they were patient and had upbeat, and helpful. I went out to my vehicle and as I was parked in a dark spot I made terrible.mistake oft opening the power steering fluid cap instead of the oil cap and begin pouring oil in what supposed to contain only my power steering fluid! When I realized the mistake I had made I went into this store frazzled, and not knowing what to do. The two employees working there, Cassandra and Joseph I believe their names were, went above and beyond to help me the power steering chamber out, and Cassandra even went above and beyond trying to get a mobile mechanic for me! Not only did they stay beyond their shift, and despite the fact they were already supposed to be closed, they let me get some power steering fluid and make sure that my daughter and I were safe and able to drive away before they left! As a single woman with a young daughter driving at night with a car issue I found this invaluable customer service! They went above and beyond and not in very grateful and would recommend them highly!
