I can’t thank this shop enough! While I was boarding my cruise in Galveston, my radiator exploded out of nowhere. It could’ve completely ruined my trip, but they stepped in right away and took care of everything. Additionally, towed my son’s car from Beaumont for collision work from a separate accident.
Both vehicles were ready at the same time, which was such a relief and truly shows their dedication and efficiency. Jerry Lee was my main point of contact — professional, honest, and genuinely caring. He kept me updated every step of the way, giving me peace of mind while I was away. While dropping some dinners off at a local food pantry my brakes went out. I called Marty’s to tow me home from Galveston to Texas city. From the young lady who answered the phone to the gentleman who arrived to bring me home everyone was wonderful! I have never needed a tow before but if I ever need another I will definitely give them a call! My driver was knowledgeable and very friendly thank you for coming to my rescue!
I give this tow service five stars. Explanation, even though it's also an impound lot... they have great customer service and I personally experienced it through one of their worker Ishmael. He gave me awesome customer service and even taught me ways to get things done here in Texas City- lamarque so that I won't have to go through this again to end up getting my car towed again.
