Terrible customer service when asked where to put materials told me wrong place. When I went to get my payment they didn’t not honor their own system even after employee took responsibility. Will not be coming back.
Very friendly people on the scale house Jessica and machine operator ( Jorge ) is the man !!! He will go out of his way to help you ! TOO BAD JORGE AND JESSICA ARE NOT THERE ANYMORE this place has NOT been the same plus the price for metal in this place is too low , i haven't been here for over a year i rather take my stuff somewhere else ...
My first time there, everyone was very helpful about where to go and what to do. Weighing and unload process was very smooth and payment was prompt. VERY clean yard.
When you hear a horn honk and Go off the scales to inload. But they did not get your weight no one bothers to step out and say hey we didnt get that! No no they wanted me to go load back up what i took aff and re weigh. Really?!!! I knew what my start weight was but they didnt care. WONT GO BACK thats just shady
Guy in office was a very caring gentlemen and honest person told us the rules and how to process our scrap in a kindly fashion manner would recommend to anyone trying to scrap. Best place ever ! I believe his name was Luis ? Ask for him! very kind soul and company is lucky to have such a good worker :)
A bad place for business, we got there before 4:30 closing time and was turned away by the worker after he saw us standing there waiting. Very ruid place to do your business.
Billy goats have better manners than their employees. I had my truck and trailer completely clear of the scales and they try to make me move it twice in pouring down rain, while I was trying to get paid for my scrap.
There is a marked improvement in efficiency, customer care and service delivery since the young lady started working for you some months ago - sorry I don't recall her name. I used your salvage and recycling business a month or so ago during a stressful time for our family. The young lady was a breathe of fresh air, compassionate, patient and provided guidance disposing of salvage in preparation for the sale of his property. As a result, family members have and will continue to recommend your business fo others. My wife just told me her name is Jess. Thanks again.
I've been using the Santa fe location for about 2 years and should've given a review before now. I have a junk removal business and bring scrap metal in all the time.. I'm on a first name basis with ALL the staff..Very friendly each and every time!!!!! The whole team Definitely deserves 5 stars!

It says on the gate they're open till 12 on Saturday but the gate is closed and nothing says as to why. It was 10 when I showed up, its frustrating to have a business in town that doesn't let their customers know when they decide to close.
Came on Tues mid-morning and upon putting my truck in park here comes some guy on forklift and rudely asked me:What are you doing parked here?Move it to back !!"Really?What happened to :Can I help you?I know it's hot outside and they may be busy? But the guy who weighed my cans..RUDE!!###..I would give my aluminum away before I'd take it there again..
Not bad if you wanna get a few dollars in exchange for some idiot to tear your trailer up. Tore up the new boards (first use on these replacement boards) and tore the wire up the middle on my trailers ramp. Total disregard for anyone’s property. I see why people throw junk off in ditches.
This place used to be really good. Now is really bad. Went to drop off the scrap and there is only two employees working. Everyone else dragged up. Had to unload bymyself due to the grappler not working. Do not see it staying open for much longer.
I've had no problems using this place for scrap but if u want more money for ur copper and aluminum find the little place near the santa fa high school
First time posting so pardon the grammer this place is the worse the pricing the wait they should really have more people in the front the guy is rude never again will I go back to these greedy folks.
Have been using for at least 3 years, not always best prices available, BUT SERVICE AND GENERAL YARD SET UP IS TREMENDOUS. CANT THINK OF ANY TIME THAT I LEFT UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
No wait time today (Saturday morning). Right on scale, then worker told me where to unload, right back on scale, into office , then to their ATM. Less than 10 minutes total. Steel prices are down but there was no hassle so that made up for it.
Doesnt provide good customer service. Had me waiting for one hour during business hours because they had left to a store. Told me to wait, so i did...but they ended up not attending me that day.
Been going here since I was a little girl with my daddy. Love it! Love the workers and the location and facility. Prices are dropping though, $3.50 for metal....almost not worth it. Hope to see improvements!
