$165 dollars for a single truck bed with junk in it. That is outrageous. It's $90 on Dixie farm and that is still too high. If you just someone trying to get rid of debris, do NOT come here. They purposely jack the price up for single loads cuz they don't want you to come here. They just want dump trucks
Once a month they miss my business trash dumpster. Then when I call the get someone out to do the job I pay them for I only get attitude on the phone like its my fault. Worst customer service ever if you hate your quit other wise act professional

Just needed info on dump site - cost, requirements etc. Spent a considerable amount of time on hold listening to their "elevator music" and how professional they were - NOT!!! I empathize with the other reviewers / customers. I was a past customer many years ago and according to the reviews I've read here, nothing has changed. I'm only giving them 1 star because I can't post a review without it.
Consistently poor experience.
My job site is in an area that is "franchised" (contracted) with Republic Services so I am forced to use them.
I have been renting 30 YD Roll Off dumpsters from them for over a year at the exact same job site.
Every time I need a new dumpster on site or I need it swapped it is a literal chore. I average 35 min on the phone every time because they can't find my account, the account was not set up correctly, etc.
If the customer service person cannot help then they say they'll have someone call you back to help.... I've yet to receive a call back.
I have to wait and finally call back and repeat the process.
Because of this malarkey my work has to be put on hold and my job is delayed... every time.
If I had ANY other choice I would go with someone else.
Unfortunately, again, due to where my job is located I have to use them... which is likely why I receive such poor service.
When the city forces you to use one company - that company can essentially do whatever they want because they have no competition.
Waiting almost 2 weeks for my trash to be picked up. They have picked up every other house on the trees but mine. Called multiple times and received promise after promise they will pick up the next day. Worst company ever!
By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I pay $220.64 a year for pickup (trash 2 times a week, recycle once) and I can not even get that. time and time again Republic has an excuse not to pick up the trash. This did not just start, it has been going on in Dickinson for over a year now. The only positive for Republic Services I will say is that I get to dump my green (grass and limbs) for free that is why I gave them one star. This has become a health issue for the City of Dickinson and needs to be taken care of NOW!
It’s been a week and a half since my street has had trash picked up. Republic keeps promising that a truck will be coming the next day but the trash continues to stack up on our street. My neighbor called them but the said they didn’t know where their trucks were! We have contacted the city. Still no services! The smell is awful. I’m not sure what services we paid for but it apparently isn’t trash pick up. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I gave the 1 because the guy on the phone was nice.
They miss our street at least 1x a month. But the past 2 weeks they just don't come at all. I can't wait for whoever chooses our garbage provider to switch. There is really nothing good to say about this company besides the poor people who have to take all the angry calls. The guys on the back of the truck are hard working and respectful but this company needs some drivers who want to work and know their routes, these drivers are inconsiderate and rude. Not allowing you past when they're on a street and laying on the horn when you try to leave your driveway (it was plenty safe to do so).
They didn't even supply us a recycle bin and since my work is in a different city than my house I can't bring home recyclables since that is unfair to Houston but if I don't it is polluting as everyone says Webster is a bad boy unlike Houston
Charged money for pickups during Hurricane Harvey. Refunded part of the fees, but then charged special extra fees to make up for it. Consistently misses pickups and then lie about scheduling a missed pickup, for the next day. Your bill doesn't change, however. They still charge you for a service that they didn't provide. Stuck with them, until the contract is up, but I've got enough people signing a petition to let the city of Dickinson know how its residents feel about fraud and Republic "Services".
Pulled a 5x10 trailer here, was told that it was going to cost $69, + since I didn't have either, would have to purchase & wear a hardhat & safety vest for the princely sum of $9 each. Since this being on a prairie and I had no reason to get any further than 1 foot away from my truck, I left because the only reason I could see to wear a helmet was for an alien spaceship to empty it's holding tank over my head, and the other drivers out there must be so bad that they couldn't see that F150 with a trailer attached unless I was wearing a vest. I made my way to the landfill on Dixie Farm Rd, paid a nice man $40, was safe from aliens and blind drivers and left happy that I did NOT leave $87 dollars at the Republic site and have a hardhat & vest to hang on my garage wall.
They try to rape you on pricing. Sign says 37 dollars for truck. But then add bs fees oh wait you don't have hard hat and vest that's 12 extra bucks. I just want to get rid of Harvey mess.
Dumping starts at 55 dollars. You are required to have a hard hat, vest and gloves. You get no help. Residence of La Marque get a discount. Everyone else in Galveston county pays full price.
