My just purchased sailboat lost power and I was unable to get it to the slip I needed it in. Colin showed up quickly was friendly and calm, and turned what was a stressful situation into a simple process of getting my boat to the slip.
Came within hours of first contact. More labor intensive than I had expected but did a great and professional job and clearly knew what they were doing. Would use again but would hope to not have to.
Captains Colin and Tyler were very professional and did everything on time and exactly as planned ahead of time. All my questions were answered without making me feel a burden and the office staff were prompt and responded quickly.
The cost was exactly as quoted and the tow was safely executed with best care for the boat. Really just nice guys and gals running things.

I needed a 28' 1984 Carver towed from the marina where I bought it into another. Captain Colin showed up quick when the marina was unaccommodating with the slip transfer. He and his mate Eric safely secured the boat to his. He treated us with respect. When I told him it was my first boat he didn’t look down on me, he went out of his way to help. That kind of attitude is hard to come by these days and its awesome knowing people like him are still out there.
