I hate the way they treat there employees and Elizabeth Has gave me wrong car parts and has given me terrible service and was on the phone taking with a friend instead of assisting me and Evan has helped me and fixed the mistakes of your employee Elizabeth !!!!!

Just left 4405 location in bacliff with a headlight that will not go into my Dodge journey. After Miguel sold me the wrong one the first time the older gentlemen name was Morales or something of the sort was asked by me for help understanding the wrong part he kept complaining about the of helping me inconvenience.

Came in to the Bacliff, Tx. Branch this morning, 8/18/25. Waited my Turn, stepped up when the manager beckoned me forward. I told him the part, year, a brief description A/C Low pressure switch, 03 E 450. First, he seemed "put out" that he couldn't find it... Next, after I helped him with a more vague description we found one, but before we could complete the sale he dropped me and began checking out a customer that just walked up. I waited for him to finish, and when he did, he started fiddling around with something else. I reminded him that he'd been with me prior, and he snapped at me, told me that the other guy was ahead of me. I don't mind waiting my turn, but no one was ahead of me when he asked to help me... Yelling at me is not acceptable when I'm looking to spend my hard earned money. His name is Maurice, and he needs some coaching on on customer relations. I drove to Texas City branch and had a very friendly experience. I'll not drop another penny at the Bacliff store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible Customer Service from Maurice and the front desk guy Randy. Rude, arrogant, and makes you feel like you’re less important than what “they have going on”!

I am a disabled 73 year old lady I went there today June 5th I asked someone to come out and see if they could tell me why the light goes on on the dash of my car what's very rude I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out can I call back got a young man that was very nice and polite and he helped me out no thank you so very much

The people behind the desk said they had to clear the store before they could check my engine light, so I said ok that’s fine. It took 30 min! For them to do that and once I finally got my chance in line they tell me sorry sir we can’t do it in bad weather. When it wasn’t raining outside at all. The ground was just wet. Just bad service all around. They had bad attitudes from the start.

Recurring issues when trying to get parts that they say are in stock...go to the store to find out the items are not in stock. Rather go to Texas City O'Reilly than this one.

Sold me the wrong piece, I doubted it was right and he swore it was. Turns out it wasn't right. Went to replace it for the right piece and they told me they couldn't return it bc the paper wasn't on it. I asked if I found the paper could I come do it. He said no bc it looks like I tried to put it on already..... So basically they messed up then told me it was my fault they couldn't return it.... Yeah autozone for now on.

We were trying to have a diagnostic test run on our truck but they made us wait even though there weren't any customers in the store... There was absolutely no reason why we had to wait so long. It seemed like they didn't want to do it. I'm very dissatisfied with the service there. I will never go to that O'Reilly's again...

I ordered parts, on-line, before 5 p.m. on Wednesday and paid for them. Before placing the order I called this store to make certain the items were in stock. They were. I got an email saying wait until you get another email before going to pick up the items. The email indicated that this would be in approximately 1 hour. No email. I called the store Thursday morning and Anna said they were so busy and forgot about the order. Finally got the “ready to pick up” email at almost 9 a.m. When I got to the store there was 1 customer there. Busy??? At least four employees and one customer? I understand there are things that will keep a store busy, but when employees are just wandering around it does not seem too busy. Just a lack of customer service and care.

If i can give them a negative 5 i would. Will never go back to this O'Reilly. I had a battery I got in 1/22 and they could not find the warranty on it. The guy at the counter Laughed in my face and told me there's nothing that he can do for me. After pulling teeth I ended up getting a battery. At the same time the guy behind the counter commented hahaha you take this one. The customer service at this place is horrible and they didn't even do there job and put my info in the computer. This is the closest place to my home but some times Convenience isn't always good. Especially with this place

I went in for windshield wipers and there was one sparsely stocked little cardboard windshield wiperblade display with no clear labels on it. I walked to the counter where four boys were chatting amoungst themselves. I waited, they chatted. I said "hi, could you please help me with the windshield wipers?" They got me the only set they had for my car, refused to help me put them then broke my Honda key fob while replacing the battery. Top Notch crew here! ?

This used to be my store. I'm now driving a little further to League City, but it's worth it. Waited 20 minutes to just drop off brake drums for turning yesterday. Left name AND phone number. Guy finally miced them, said they'd be done today by 10am today. Brake job is done, just waiting on the drums. Called this morning, they could only find one drum and it's only half turned. Twenty minutes and three people later, guy tells me their machine broke, but they hadn't done anything to them, he would try to see what was up. Asked him to call back. Thirty minutes later, another guy calls. "You can pick em up if you want and try to find someone else". I already had THAT option lined up, given the Keystone Kops routine I was seeing. No phone calls, no apology, no offer to get them done at another store, here's where you can take them...nada. Picked em up, they were sitting on the counter...one had been partially turned ? Done with this location FOREVER, driving a little further to League City now. Looks like new staff at Bacliffe; no one knows, no one cares, just showing up for the paycheck. Two hours of my life spent on these clowns, won't happen again.

These guys are out of there. I went here to get my lifetime warranty replaced mind you this is the 2nd time. They proceeded to tell me there computers where down and can't look up warranty info right now. And to top it off they will be down for about a week. Lol really, you guys need to stop selling warranty parts and get a new manager at bacliff store that's pretty bad not wanting to honor your parts and making up some B's lie! Pathetic really!!

The store manager Anna is very good and knowledgeable of her job. I needed an unusual hydraulic hose made and she made it happen easily and like the pro she is. If you need parts go see Anna.

The man calling himself the manager was so rude. I wasn't even through the door and he was yelling over co-worker about me not having a mask. He then began yelling at another customer, also a female. He marches up to me with a papertowel, shoving it at me to cover my mouth. Yeah, nope. Then back to the other lady about I don't even know what. He tried to get a younger co-worker involved, who backed away saying " I just work here". Drive the extra few miles and go to AutoZone.

I left one of my cars' batteries with them about 2 weeks ago. I have made 9 trips to the store since then trying to get the battery, which I just bought from this location on July 5. But it seems my battery has disappeared. The store manager, Anna, has just about no concern about this dilemma. I was told by Anna that because I can't find my claim check, they aren't responsible for its loss, WHAT!!!????!!!!!! There are NO signs anywhere posted in the store stating that the claim ticket must be presented. And I've gotten other batteries I left with them for charging in the past, with no claim ticket. Anna claims she has discussed the situation with her district manager, she sent an email she says. Well Raymond, the district manager, won't do me the courtesy of returning phone calls either! Anna has even gone so far as to say maybe a family member had picked it up. What, and I'm trying to get another one?? Why would I do that? I have been offended, put out, and generally discussed from this ordeal. Anna has told me I will have to replace my battery out of my own pocket, less a discount (I never asked how much, doesn't matter.) The only discount I deem appropriate is a full, no cost to me battery! To even tell a customer this should cost her her job!

I found a Spray wax I absolutely Love. Its made by Mothers called CMX Advance Science Ceramic Spray Coating. Sprays on evenly. Sprays on like a paste meaning you have to literally rub it off. Thank you to the dude that helped me experiment with spray waxes. You turned me on to the best one on market. I've been thru a few as I've been detailing in my yard since covid shut my job down. So thank you O'Reillys ? ?

This has got to be one of the worst parts stores I have ever experienced. Three separate occasions I was given the incorrect parts after specifically asking the clerk if there were any possible other part numbers there could be. The last straw was after a special prepaid order that the clerk wouldnt even try to go find. Then he used profanity with me because I didnt know the exact part number that was ordered. He is a lazy old man with a horrible attitude. This store is in a very convenient location but save yourself some grief and go somewhere else.

Had issues starting our truck. Was able to get it to O'Reilly's and was lucky enough to find Spencer working. This amazing young man jumped into action. Tested alternator and then battery. Once it was determined the battery was bad he ran in, got us a new battery, and installed it for us. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and polite!!

Hate coming to this place and avoid it. Of course if one needs a part that needs looked up then fine but if need to run in or out then stay away. It is always a long wait while they care for ones needing parts and no cashier to get us customers that need to cash out.ridiculous to have to wait to long for something that one can grab and go.

Mom needed the check engine light looked into so we stopped in and it couldn't have been a better experience. The employee helping us was nice and took the time to answer my mom's questions with a straight face somehow and had very thorough explanations. Definitely prefer this location over the surrounding stores.
