Rey was very quick to change out our tire and very friendly. He got to us as quick as he could. If you ever need service this is the man to call. I can honestly say we were very pleased with his service.

This was by far the fastest and best service I think I've ever received, my keys somehow got locked inside the truck as we were loading the baby and she was there in under 5 mins and got us in our truck. She sat on the phone with me as she come and kept me calm. I would call them any day to help me out again! Thank you again for saving us in a moment of panic!

I thought my car needed to go to the shop - it had power to all the lights on the console and the interior lights.
I called them to tow it to the shop. The driver got here and was so kind and asked what was going on and he was so patient with me explaining everything we had tried - some known issues with this type of vehicle- he checked the battery and got my vehicle running. He then went above and beyond and helped me get it someplace that can install a new battery today. He also made sure that the mechanic would help me get my vehicle back as it's our only mode of transportation- then he brought me home. I wish I asked him his name- he was just so thoughtful and kind.
Rey is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me out of a really difficult situation. Not only did he get a really heavy truck and trailer off of the highway, he helped me unload and ferried me around to a mechanic and hotel. He was truly a life saver! Do not hesitate to give him a call!
I have used Rey's services a couple of times for towing & lockouts (including one this morning). This guy is almost a God at what he does. He's expedient, very knowledgeable, great prices, & does anything/everything he can to help you out. Damn near makes you feel like a best friend or even family. I was out on a weekend adventure when my truck had a blowout. I was in between Tahoka and Brownfield in a spot with no cell service. I was struggling with the tire change for a few hours when I met a bearded angel.
He arrived in a Black and Red tow truck and had the kind of smile that lets you know you are in good hands. He asked if I needed assistance, he had seen me earlier when he was on another job. I assured him that I did and within no time flat my spare was put on and I was ready to continue journey.
Had Rey not stopped I might have been out there all night. Thank you Rey.
I was stuck on the side of the road and was panicking. My mom got ahold of the Rey’s service center and they gave us a fair price. What was even better is that they were there when they said they would be (20 min). The daughter called me to let me know when her dad was on the way, and texted me when he was pulling up and when he was there.
Rey made me feel super safe, and was super nice. This was my first time ever getting stuck while driving and I was super scared. But he made good conversation and even made sure I got to the hotel I was going to stay at for the night safe.

This incredible person went way above by not only taking my car to a garage, he helped me find a place to stay since it will could be days for the car to be fixed. Very helpful and friendly. Best company!! Best service!! Very nice and friendly!! My 2 year old son locked me out of my house leaving him and my 7 month old baby inside, we called Rey's Service Center. We live out of town and he got here within 10 minutes, he opened my door in seconds and he didn't charge me because there were kids involved, I highly recommend him.
It can be a challenge to find reputable local wrecker service for a driver in Texas, when you are in Ohio. It can be even more of a challenge when it's 23 and there is an ice storm in West Texas. 🥶

After my husband was arrested for driving without a license due to his wallet being stolen a bit back.. I'm finding it difficult discussing the possibility of getting my van back home without being charged an arm and a leg.. 😞. I've had more trouble with people I don't know. I don't cause trouble and NEVER will I ever talk ill.. For having a clean record, body, and soul.. I just want to say regardless of all of this Ray and the people that work for him are still amazing as well helpful.. However due to my experience.. I'm actually terrified and sad.. I had to tell both of my daughters I don't know if i/we can come visit this Christmas.. Hopefully.. God bless..
Locked our keys in the car while checking into a local hotel. Baby in the back seat(sound asleep the whole time) he was there within 5 mins and didn’t charge us cause there was a baby involved. Highly recommend
I am so thankful to Reys repair shop! I had a problem with my vehicle and this shop was endorsed by my auto insurance. I see why. The owner worked on my vehicle non stop until I was on the road again! He and his excellent employee were some of the kindest and hardest working people I’ve come across. Thank you both!
I got stuck in mud on a farm road in Lamesa and he came all the way out to get me out when no one else would. Rey was very helpful and price was beyond reasonable. I'll be using his services from now on should I need them. Highly recommended!
My gas cap needed a key to open... my son had taken the key for the gas cap with him to Dallas TX, I was driving from Hobbs to Lubbock. Pulled over in Seminole to put gas and noticed the gas cap wouldn’t come off, immediately called Reys Towing service, drove to his location and he helped me with taking the gas cap off at no charge! So thankful for him and his company. Glad I got to find him on google
No locksmiths in the area so I called a few places. I don't think they wanted to come out to Andrew's. Rey did a fantastic job. He got my door open fairly quick and price was good too.
At 1am after coming home from a 14 hour day trip, while unpacking my car I locked my keys and my son in the car! I called Reys service and they were at my home as quick as possible within 10 minutes and we live outside of town. Very friendly and super quick, and literally saved me from breaking my car window which I was about to do lol.... I could not recommend them enough! After my truck broke down driving with my 5 month old, on the way to pick up my daughter from daycare i quickly googled towing services in the area. I called Rey's and he was there within 5 minutes! I couldn't even tell him what road I was on since we are new to the area and he still found us! After towing my truck to a nearby shop, they took me to pick up my daughter from daycare and gave us all a ride home to Denver City. We are forever grateful for the kindness they showed us. Professional and friendly family business I would recommend to anyone!
Amazing service. I was stranded for 3 hr waiting for my insurance company to find me a tow truck. My own insurance couldn’t even find me service that only did all wheel drive and they were gonna charge me 3x the amount Rey charged me. That’s including him fixing the issue with my car. He suggested if he can fix my car himself he will do it instead of adding on to the mileage to take it to an auto shop, that was another 100 miles away. He made me feel comfortable while I was waiting for my car to get fixed and went out of his way to find the parts needed. If it wasn’t for Rey I would of been stranded and broke. Thank you Rey
I broke down coming through Seminole and had to have my car towed. Rey was a wonderful guy and was there very quickly. He also helped me find the cheapest way to get my car fixed. My friend and I were traveling from out of town on a Sunday. We reached out to Rey’s service center to take a look at out car since we were concerned and wanted to be reassured that we would make it home safely! We reached out by phone and within a few minutes got there and took out his tools to see what was going on. Within 20-30 minutes we were back on the road with the satisfaction of the service provided! Very trustworthy and ever so thankful for taking the time on a Sunday to take a look at the car
