Thomas was friendly and extra kind. What started as a flat tire, needed a spare put on, ended with a tow and a conscientious decision to figure out the tire in a safer place. Awesome service!

Rivera Towing got back quickly after my call to AAA for service. George Lazan was the driver, and he had been here before for different AAA call. He was awesome. Polite and fast. Put on my spare on right front tire because I don't have a jack & am disabled. Took him less than 10 minutes. Rivera is who AAA always sends, and they are very good at what they do. They kept me updated on the trucks location while waiting, which was a very short time. Once again, George Lazan the tow truck driver was quick, polite, and very good at what he does. Have a a prior experience with him and he was very good ?. AAA used the Laredo Texas location to send for this and a prior call.

I was at the dentist office and I came out to to leave and I started my car wouldn’t start Several attempts, I checked the battery and it seems that everything was all right. I couldn’t find it a problem so I have I belong to AAA. I called AAA and informed them and their response quickly within 40 minutes. They were at my car the Technician he looked at that diagnosis of being a bad battery and I put a battery jumper on it and sure enough it started so I asked him go ahead and change the battery cause I don’t wanna have any more problems. I took about 15 minutes to change the battery and I was back in the road in less than an hour for the time I made the call to the time we came and everything so I appreciate the service. It’s courtesy conversation so I think AAA like I said I’ve been a AAA member for many many many years over 30 years I believe so again I think Everybody

I received excellent service from Rivera's Towing & Transport LLC. The driver was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took great care to ensure my car was not damaged and was extremely thorough during both the loading and unloading process. He never seemed rushed and clearly made outstanding customer service his top priority. I would definitely recommend this service—especially when you’re already in a stressful situation and need someone you can trust.

Moses was great! He arrived on time and went right to work. Our batteries were not starting the truck in the freezing temps, and he jump started it quickly and with his eqquipment was able to diagnose them. the needed replacement. Thanks Moses

I got locked out of my car and called AAA, they sent this tow truck driver to where I was. The wait time was very very short and he was friendly. He unlocked my car within a minute. I definitely would recommend.

They arrived so quickly! I didn’t have the tools I needed for them to change my tire, so they towed my car home. He was so understanding and helpful. If I ever need help again, I hope Rivera’s gets assigned my call!

Carlos did a great job checking the battery and replacing it within a few minutes. I’m very glad I have AAA since I pick up my granddaughter at school and need reliable service.

Big shout out and thank you to Anthony for being so quick to get to us, and for being so friendly/ kind and willing to go the extra mile to help. We called for a lock out and he was there in under 30 minutes and had the car unlocked for us in less than 2! Then when he found out our battery was dead and someone else had already tried to jump it he got the car started as well! ? I'm so grateful because we had been sitting there for 12 hours with a dead battery and going to have to wait till the next morning to get a tow until he showed up Thank you Anthony! I am beyond pleased with this towing service, Very very very good service. Ivan was the guy who towed my vehicle. He was very professional and kept in contact with me with his ETA until a few minutes before he arrived. I was expecting to be waiting for over an hour and I didn't have to wait long at all, he was there in about 30 minutes or so. He loaded up the truck and in just a few minutes we were on our way! I highly recommend Rivera's towing if you need a tow! Thank you Ivan for getting the job done! I will definitely be using this service in the future!

Great service! My car battery died unexpectedly. Carlos arrived quickly; tested my battery confirming that it needed to be replaced then jump-started my car in minutes. After giving my location to the operator the tow truck was dispatched. I did not have to wait long. The driver , Freddy was very professional and proficient . Freddy delivered my car to the auto shop everything went very smoothly, Freddy was very courteous and I would recommend him if you're ever need assistance.

Junior was very responsive and he let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and explained everything I needed to know about how my battery was. He was very professional and pleasant. I appreciate his help and his professionalism! Would highly recommend.
