From the Grand Opening day to the parts we’ve purchased since, Oreilys in Teague has given excellent customer service, each & every time!
Yesterday, I arrived needing help with my van battery. Upon arrival, Maria went right to work, asking how they could help. I originally thought I needed an auxiliary battery for the stop/start system. They decided they could just test the big battery to see if that was the issue, since I really don’t like the start/stop feature on my van and have not wanted to replace that battery. (We’ve replaced aux battery three times since owning the van. Poor design on Chrysler for having to keep replacing that expensive little auxiliary battery)
Back to my review, Chris tested my big battery for free and discovered it actually was a bad main battery.
Both Chris & Maria looked to see if my battery was still under warranty, which it was not, but they located a new battery for me. Chris consulted with the manager, Shane, to ensure the new battery was good, as it appeared different than the others.
After purchasing the new battery, Chris loaded it for me. Chris gave my van battery a jump to get it started again & I headed on my way back home.
Side note: Before leaving, Chris went out of his way to show me the jump boxes they offered for sale, in case that was something we could use to keep in our vehicles. He showed me the different price points and different features each box offered.
Later in the day, I returned my old battery & they promptly refunded my core fee.
We are so please with the consistent excellent customer service from the Teague location. They are always willing to look up parts, either in person, or over the phone. When they don’t have a part, they try their best to have it by the next morning.
We are proud to shop local & greatly appreciate the personalized service we receive each and every time. Keep up the great work!
Amazing customer service! I came in not having a clue which headlight was out and what type of bulb I needed, they quickly found out what was the problem and even replaced the bulb for me! When I say quickly I mean it didn’t take anymore than 10 minutes! Definitely recommend for any of you automotive needs!
This store has been a blessing to me. The people there are truly wonderful; they genuinely care about finding solutions for their customers. Everyone—from the manager to every single employee working there—has provided me with excellent service. I highly recommend this store; I believe they are a shining example of attentiveness, kindness, and service.

Chadus garage has been using oreillys since they opened in Teague. this business has been exception from customer service to their delivery personel. Teague is very blessed to have this business in our community

The entire staff of this rileys may be some of the best I've dealt with shouts out to the entire team .. 1997 Toyota Tacoma water pump gasket was very easy to get ahold of thanks to them
I’ve been to a lot of auto parts stores over the years, but the crew at O’Reilly’s always makes me feel like I’m stopping by a buddy’s garage instead of a business. Everyone there knows their stuff — from helping me find the right headlight to explaining why my car makes that “mystery noise” every time I turn left (no, it wasn’t the flux capacitor this time 😆).
They go above and beyond every visit, even when it’s busy. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just selling parts. I’ve walked out with everything I needed — and a few good laughs.
Music was loud, had to raise my voice to speak over it. Every one was in their phones. Employee I dealt with had little to no knowledge of a vehicle and what I was looking for. I'd rather drive to Fairfield
They hired some people who know nothing about auto parts and even decent customer service. I understand it's a new store but jeez way to make a first impression on our community.
