I was stranded 7 miles out of Faifield. Due to having to a wreck on the interstate they could not get there immediately but Amy and Mrgan coninued to assure me that help was on the way and kept me updated.. The tow driver mike was friendly, helpful and professional.... No one likes these inconveniences but it's nice to have people help you through them..

Make sure you have your proper paper work when picking up your vehicle. They made the process simple.

Yesterday me and my family started out to go to a funeral. We made it there..when we started to return home the car started running hot..we pull of and made a call within 30 min. Someone was there.. Treston the diver. Was so helpful and had great customer service...we needed that..because it was raining and we had 2hrs to go.. But he made our stress level. Go down and relax and assured us that we were okay and car also..please keep good employees around. And Treston if you read this post. We just want to say thank you..

This was my first time needing to tow my car, and it turned out to be the worst experience. The customer service was awful—the girl on the phone was extremely rude. When I checked both Google Maps and Apple Maps, it showed the distance between my breakdown location and the dealership was about 76 miles. However, the lady insisted it was 137 miles, which made no sense at all. When I pointed this out, she coldly asked, “Do you want to tow your car or not, sir?” Since it was late evening on a Saturday night, and no other towing company was available nearby, I had no choice but to go with them. After the towing was done, we gave the driver and the lady to whom i spoke to the correct location of the dealership. But the next day, I found out the car wasn’t at the dealership—it had been dropped off at the wrong location. Luckily, I could track my car’s location using my phone, or this would’ve turned into an even bigger disaster.

Mike from Texas Towing in Fairfield provided outstanding customer service! He stopped for snacks and we had a friendly conversation for the 2 hour trip! He made me feel safe! He represented his company so well with his professionalism.

Tim came out promptly on a Sunday to help me get back on the road. The tire they sold me was at a very good price! Getting someone to answer the phone on a Sunday was a task in itself. Once I spoke to a member of his team, they were on the way to get me going. A bad situation was quickly remedied thanks to them. Give them a call if ever the misfortune of a blown tire happens to you!!!

Second time broken down in this car and I am so glad Texas Towing was able to come rescue me. Thank you so much to the driver (and I am so sorry I don’t remember his name - it was 11p and I was quite tired). He made sure to stop for me to use the restroom and get food and was great conversation for the 50min drive to the repair shop.

Daughter had an accident on I-45 about 16 miles from Fairfield. Police notified Texas Towing as we made our way from Dallas to get her. When we spoke to dispatch, they were very short and just not helpful. Vehicle was in the lot from Sunday evening to Wednesday when insurance had car towed back to Dallas. Texas Towing bill was $745 for the 16 mile tow and holding for 3 days. Seems quite excessive, and even though insurance is covering; seems they are taking advantage of accident victims. I will say dispatch was much more pleasant and helpful a few days later so possibly just a bad day the first time. It happens. I would just be prepared for an expensive tow bill if you're stuck on I45.

We had an accident 11 miles from their place not our fault but had to be towed. Their wrecker driver on the scene was rude and refused to answer any of our questions to pricing or anything related. Insisted taking our truck back to their shop where they would hold it hostage until we pay their outrageous bill. They made 3 tows that day which runs about $500 per tow but when called the next day they gave me a price of $4900 to get my truck back. The owner refuses to talk to you. There was no compromise. They want to take advantage of you when in despair. They think the insurance company pays this and they don't. This is how companies go out of business. Then after we paid the bill they charged us another $1000 just to put the freight back on the truck. I don't know where all these other customers saying they were so nice and offering help. We got NO help! We're probably the wrong color. Hope they don't catch you in a bind. In response to your response, thats how u guys think saying it was a big commercial tow and it wasn't. When u see these type of accidents, u guys automatically think about a big payout. Your invoices should be based on work actually performed and not because of some big insurance claim. Insurance companies knows this thats y they are protecting themselves with max payouts. It has nothing to do with not having enough insurance. A prime example of wanting to profit off someone in distress. Consumers beware! You could have reached if you wanted to.

I called Texas towing when my car stalled on the 45N near Leone in the middle of nowhere they had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes, the driver was super friendly and nice to talk to. He drove me all the way back to Porter, which is next to Houston. Thanks again Texas towing!

My mom had to have her van towed 21 mi. using her roadside assistance. It was Sunday and everyone was busy but that dispatcher was kind and helpful about the wait time. The driver she sent took care of everything and was pleasant and helpful as well when dropping off the van at home. Great experience considering.

Just had the misfortune of having a tire issue that left me stranded on busy I45, just outside of Fairfield, TX. Called Triple A, and they contacted Texas Towing. As the tow truck driver was headed our way, there was an accident that understandably took priority. We were kept informed and Nathan (tow truck driver) called to let us know he was hustling to get to us. He showed up a few minutes later and very professionally, and with care, loaded up my Cadillac and got us to the tire shop. Nathan was a pleasure to deal with and we had a very pleasant conversation on the way. Thank you, Nathan, for your professionalism during a very stressful time. Prayers for your safety out there on the road!

I was involved in a 6 car accident. My car wasn’t too damaged but eventually the car was towed. I called yesterday at about 10pm asking if I can come pick up my car, I was told it’ll be best I wait till the next day because they didn’t have drivers close by. The next day, I called at 8am to come pick up my car and I was told it’ll take about an hour. I got to the on time and I still had to wait at least 20 minutes before anyone came. When the guy got here, I was told the price increased from $443 that I was told yesterday, to $466. I asked why the price changed and I was told there’s an up charge because it’s the next day. Mind you, from when the accident happened to my picking up my car, it’s been less than 15 hours. The first guy I spoke to, I think the business owner, he’s amazing and very helpful. The tow truck driver was helping as much as he could. But the lady who was on the phone is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to! She has such a nasty attitude. I’m glad to be out of this town.

Absolutely thankful for everything this company has done for me ! Mrs. Maigan was really sweet I was sitting in the office with her while the guys were changing my tires ! This company is very family oriented my little sister loves it when she gets to go up there with me to play with the kids !

All I can say is I'm so grateful Tyler from Texas Towning came to rescue my car from a ridiculous position on a curb. Tylor was calm, smart and professional. A very nice man stopped to help and told me I needed a tow truck. I told him I called Texas Towing. The nice man said "Good. They will do a fine job". Bless Tyler and Texas Towing for helping a lady in a stressful situation.

Our travel trailer had a tire/axle issue and we were broke down at the truck stop. Tim came out to help and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing help. Tim did a wonderful job!

Wonderful company. The dispatcher could not have been nicer or more helpful. Nathan the tow truck driver offered advice and was terrific at his job. When you are stuck with a broken down vehicle, you should definitely call them to help you out!

Please do not use their mechanic shop. They will take all day only to find out they misdiagnosed the problem and give you the diagnoses after business hours so you can pay hundreds of dollars extra to rush the parts in to finish the service. When I chose to wait for the parts until the next morning and be done by noon as promised they actually lied and didn't finish my truck until 5pm. Wasted two full days to get the truck partially fixed because their tech ignored another issue that was stated from the beginning and wanted me to wait another full day for the parts on the other issue. I was mislead and lied to by three different people. Extremely unprofessional and sadly service manager did not want to take any responsibility for all the mess that was caused even though he agreed it was unprofessional on their end. Do not trust anything they tell you.
