Bunch of Lowlife people, unprofessional and treat you horribly don't recommend anyone to come here there system is off and it was our first time coming here and they explained literally nothing no communication whatsoever
I have been coming here for years. Everyone has always been very courteous. I have brought my cans,batteries and just recently my copper pipes from my hot water heater.
Horrible. They didn't have the tool charged to check my carbide, so they turned me away. Tried saying it wasn't and I know for a fact it was. They were very rude.
I’ve used Julius Metals for nearly 40 years, I’ve found them to be fair. I know I could drive into a Houston to get a few cents per pound more but my time and vehicle costs far exceed what I get at Julius. Of course I have been offered less at another scrap metal dealer in Fort Bend County. Plus In the entire time I’ve been doing business with Julius i’ve never been threatened with bodily harm as someone posted.
These people are very rude and unprofessional, avoid this place if possible!!! I came with several different types of metals and they left out my aluminum and I never got paid for it. They will intentionally try to rip you off.
They were horrible to me & a coworker. They just reset there Google reviews bc they were getting so many negative reviews. They're manager cussed at me & even came at me in a threatening way all bc I wanted to pull my metal aside &separate my metal. I wanted to do that bc the wait was long so i I first asked how much they'd pay for my extended aluminum and they said 60 cents then after waiting in line and unloading a big l load they said they can't pay 60for for it.
They stepped towards the project manager in a threatening posture! Before this happened They changed there agreement on him twice them they started cussing him when he said he wanted to separate the metal, take out the screws, then come back in line &the manager cussed & said u can put this back& go on. Then he cussed him then came@him a threatening way. Up to this point our pm kept his cool till it looked like he was being threatened.
My project manager was verbally and physically threatened. Horrible customer service and bad workmanship, that’s not a way to run any business. Attention to everyone DO NOT COME HERE!!

Downfall: it really, really smells like garbage. I didn't expect different, pretty sure it's a recycling center requirement.

Great place. Super friendly. I am from out of state so we do it a bit differently but receiving your money is more paperwork and thumb printing then I am used to, but overall a on awesome place and fair with pricing.
I've been taking our scrap metal and lead acid battery to this location for years. They have always been helpful and pay current market rates. There new facility is very nice.
