I'm not one to leave many reviews; however, towing services are (in my opinion) a delicate and "review worthy" service. In other words... no one is ever excited to be having towing services as a focus of their daily life; therefore, i rank it way higher on the priority list... way above reviewing restaurant dishes, etc.
Anyways... Jody and her sister were extremely helpful and patient and polite and honest. I was not expecting that. They helped me a lot with my situation.
If anyone reads this here's my advice... If you receive good service here please leave them a good review because this is likely not an easy job. They probably don't need good reviews because it's a wrecker service and they aren't much affected by them... but if you ever find yourself reading this then a sincere review will probably help you a lot and bring you peace of mind.
Very helpful staffs. Very friendly. Lovely ladies and nice gentlemen. As a transporter, I do appreciate kindness despite one of my vehicle was inoperable.
Very rude. I was hung up on and told by a manager that she was going to hang up on me because I had a question and kept cutting me off while I was on the phone with someone she decides to scream in the background. Due to Medication for autoimmune disorder I have, was left in a car that shouldn’t have been towed. It’s one thing if someone wants to argue a situation. I was NOT doing that and was disrespected with no remorse and told me she didn’t have time for me. It’s just a level of human decency to not treat someone like that when they’ve done nothing, but politely ask you a question.
