Needed help towing my car to the dealership middle of the day and Kal was able to handle it without issues. He was upfront with his ETA and cost with our initial call, which I thought was really professional. He had some really helpful advice regarding my car issue on the way to the dealership. Would definitely recommend him for towing services.
Only thing is he normally works around the Galleria area so If you’re calling from Sugar Land (me) or further then it will take him some time (he did let me know ahead of time so not a problem).

My vehicle left me in the middle of the road in front of my home. It was the Sunday before Memorial Day. I needed to have it towed to the dealership.
I researched towing services near me on Google maps. I came across Roadlink Towing and saw that they had many 5-star reviews, so I gave them a call. Adam answered quickly. I explained my situation to him and asked if I could schedule a pickup for the next day, Monday, Memorial Day, thinking that the dealership would be open. Adam said of course we can. I sent him my vehicle info, pickup & drop off addresses and requested a flat-bed wrecker. He quoted me a price which was very reasonable. Adam did mention to me that the dealership might be closed since the drop-off was scheduled for Memorial Day. After we got everything worked out. Adam gave me an updated pickup time and arrived 10 minutes early. He arrived with a flat-bed wrecker as I requested. He was very cordial and got right to work. He took great care in hooking up my vehicle and securing for the transport to the dealership.
I am very satisfied with Roadlink Towing Service and definitely recommend them.
Very professional and on time (15 mins early). Reasonable price. And I learned something new on my car is didn't know and I had it for 3yrs lol. Will use it in the future.
My car was being stored in my garage due to the wheel breaking from the spindlle. I called 5-6 other tow companies in the area and none of them could/would pick up the car.

I had all four of my tires and rims stolen right in the thick of the holiday season. I am lucky my insurance helped cover part of the payment to get it all fixed up. The Roadlink Towing service was great. They came prepared with 4 spare tires and a flat bed truck to tow my car from my apartment garage to a dealership. They were redirected and had to tow it again to a collisions center but they made sure to keep me updated throughout the process. I gave a 4 star here because they needed a tire air pump and didn’t have one that worked well so I gave them mine to use.
Very helpful and quick service. I was in a bind, and they came out on a weekend, which a lot of other places didn't want to do. Plus I moved 3 cars, and the price was extremely affordable. Highly recommended
