My car was making a terrifying grinding noise and I had to pull over on the southbound side of the US 90 overpass on 59. Very scary! AAA dispatched V&R and they arrived within 15 minutes! The driver was so very kind and helpful. He realized what the problem was and got me back on the road to get it repaired. So very, very grateful for his support and reassurance at such a tense moment!

I am not surprised I came to this page and saw all the great reviews. I’ve had to call AAA three times in the last two months and this company has been great. When your car battery is dead and won’t charge or start from trying to jump the car and you get stuck in your house for 5 days with your family during the holidays and you are starting to question your sanity…. Excellent battery service! They arrived when indicated with very little wait time, tested the old battery and alternator and determined quickly that we needed a new battery. Installed the new battery and we were able to head off to work within an hour total! Very polite and courteous plus a fair price!
