V&R Towing came and towed my car. I got a flat tire with no spare tire. I have AAA and they sent this towing company in a short amount of time. The driver Steven was so professional and got us to the tire shop in a quick trip. He was very nice and friendly with great customer service! I highly recommend him and the towing company! I spent $300 to be lied to. Picked up my vehicle at 12:45 and it finally arrived at its location at 3:00 pm. When it should have arrived around no later than 1:30 pm. They were to deliver to a certain department and person. The driver wasn’t told of the person or department. I hate when men think they can lie to women! You’ll never get my business again!!!
I had a puncture in my tire, no spare on my car. I called AAA and they sent out V&R towing and they showed up within 30 mins. The driver was so friendly and professional, he also had my car to the Firestone before I could even sit down and give them a call to expect it. So that whole process saved me hours I'm sure!! 5 stars for your driver Gregory who is the epitome of hard work and dedication! Upon his arrival, someone at V&R told Gregory to wait on another wrecker driver (a 30 more minute wait at least) to see if they could even complete the towing job because the tire fell off my truck. I found it absolutely astonishing a towing company was afraid to do a towing job because a tire fell off the vehicle.
Thankfully, Gregory is not a quitter and he doesn’t have time for excuses the people at B&R were making. He only has solutions to problems! Needless to say by the time, the other driver showed up Gregory had our vehicle loaded up and was on his way to the repair shop. V&R learn from Gregory, learn that we don’t wanna hear excuses. We don’t need to hear your excuses. We don’t need to hear your problems of how you can’t do a job if your scared stay your arse on the porch. All we need to know is the job is complete. You can save the excuses for somebody else and if it wasn’t for Gregory. The job wouldn’t be complete today
Brian and whoever the female is that answered my call at the office. You both need to learn how to talk to customers. When I return your call and you act like I am bothering with the disgust in your voice that you is no way to run a business. If you don’t want my business speak up! but don’t treat me like I’m worthless.

My car was making a terrifying grinding noise and I had to pull over on the southbound side of the US 90 overpass on 59. Very scary! AAA dispatched V&R and they arrived within 15 minutes! The driver was so very kind and helpful. He realized what the problem was and got me back on the road to get it repaired. So very, very grateful for his support and reassurance at such a tense moment!
Sunny with V&R did a great job explaining everything to me and putting on the spare! He was very kind and worked very hard. The person who answered the phone call was also very helpful and professional.

I needed a battery replacement for my Camry and AAA could not find a provider in my area who would take the call. The rep however, told me that V&R Towing - who is outside my area - had serviced me twice before and advised me to call them directly to see if they are available. I talked to Britney and then Brian, and they said they can help me, and I just had to request them with AAA. Brian was SO HELPFUL in following up with me and AAA repeatedly until the call was scheduled. He made it happen. Roger, the service tech who did the battery installation, was extremely professional, quick and friendly. I totally recommend V&R and I now have them programmed on my phone to request for service should I need it.
AAA has sent them to tow my car twice. Both times their service was outstanding & they got to me lightning fast. Their towing techs are extremely knowledgeable & today he immediately recognized the vague issue I was having with my car. Excellent company & people!
Fantastic experience getting my old bmw towed with Montrell today! I was expecting him to arrive in about and hour and he got to me within 15 minutes! I never got a survey from AAA asking about my experience so I will share it on here. Greg came out and helped me and was SUPERB! He got to me quickly even though the AAA person put in my location wrong. From the first time he called me to let me know he was on they way he made sure I was ok and safe. He was honest and upfront when letting me know what was going on and all the costs. I definitely appreciate him and thank goodness he was there to help!
I am not surprised I came to this page and saw all the great reviews. I’ve had to call AAA three times in the last two months and this company has been great. When your car battery is dead and won’t charge or start from trying to jump the car and you get stuck in your house for 5 days with your family during the holidays and you are starting to question your sanity…. Just call these guys.
I used them through AAA. It took them 2 hours to get to me. When the driver put my truck in my driveway he scraped the bumper and the skirt came off When I suggested he back up a little to avoid more damage he rudely said "you want to do this?" He was acting like I was bothering him because my truck broke down. He did apologize later and said that there was no other way to do this without causing damage. He didn’t even say you're welcome when I said thank you. I have already reported this to AAA and made a claim.
Battery was dead. AAA sent V & R out for the service. As soon as I closed my AAA app, I received a courtesy call from V & R Towing, letting me know that someone was on the way and should be at my location in 30 minutes. Soon after, Jeff called to procure the details of my dismay, and came to the rescue in less time than the estimated ETA! He was highly knowledgeable, professional, and charismatic. The service was perfect. Quick and easy.

V&R towing was sent to my by AAA to tow an Explorer. The truck had cheap, dangerous equipment being used that caused a hazardous situation. Halfway up the ramp, the winch cable hook broke. If I didn't jump in the open window to turn the steering wheel, the parked van and a lady walking would have been hit. This company put lives at risk to save a buck on cheap parts. I do NOT recommend V&R towing to anyone.
Thanks to V and R Towing and AAA, transporting my vehicle from Richmond TX to my mechanic in Katy TX was quick and seamless. I highly recommend both companies.
Excellent battery service! They arrived when indicated with very little wait time, tested the old battery and alternator and determined quickly that we needed a new battery. Installed the new battery and we were able to head off to work within an hour total! Very polite and courteous plus a fair price!
Driver was awesome! I locked myself out of my car outside the grocery store. AAA told me it would be an hour for him to come so as I had a few groceries in hand I was going to walk home and come back (1 mile round trip, and I walk pretty fast--like 4 mph, so figured I had plenty of time). I was halfway home and he called looking for me. I told him I'd get back ASAP and he could start unlocking my car. He got it done before I got back and waited to get my ID (was in my car) from me. Was very nice especially as he told me he was about to clock out when he was called. He could have left since I was not on the scene. FYI I was supposed to be able to track him but the link AAA sent me did not work. I would have just waited had they not told me an hour. Great service and your guy was efficient, friendly, accommodating, and polite. Very happy indeed with the service.
My car was having starter issues. Called V&R and Rod was to me in less than 30 mins. He was extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely use V&R again
Pedro Anton towed my car well, and he even went to check to see what caused the flat, and felt around the tire. Pedro also fixed it for me and put air in the tire. He went above and beyond to help me and I’m very thankful.
Tow truck driver was professional and knowledgeable. My tow was not a typical tow. I had borrowed a friends 6× 10 utility trailer. The trailer lost a wheel and the hub while hauling home some flower bed pavers about 6 blocks from my home...fortunately, I was only going about 20 mph through the neighborhood when it came off. I had to call a car carrier to come pick up the trailer to bring it to my home until I could find a repair shop for my trailer(occurred on a weekend)....it was a little extra due to it being a non-standard tow, but it was worth it in the end...notified my friend and awaiting repairs for the trailer to be completed...
