I had my car blow a tire on 59 and u went through my insurance initially to get a tow, and after waiting 3 hours and getting notifications letting me know a new towing company was taking my case, and then another, and then another, until I called someone in town. Initially I called Big Rod and they were great too—after talking with them, the person I talked to realized I’d need a flatbed, which they didn’t have available at the time. They were really helpful and called Bryan from performance towing themselves and even texted me letting me know they got ahold of him and that he’d be calling me shortly. Bryan called me and was there in 15 minutes. I appreciated that he picked it up despite it being the end of the day, and the service was quick, got me home, and then paying was easy and affordable—he also explained how to submit it to my insurance and came off as a good guy. Hopefully I don’t need them in the future, but if I do, I’ll keep them in mind for sure.

Bryan was on time to pick up my vehicle, he called me 15 mins before he was coming like he said. He place and took my car off the tow bed very nice and was careful with my car. Extremely professional and on time. No other 24/7 companies answered on Sunday afternoon, Bryan showed up on time, helped me push it in the heat. Brother got stuck out 762 Saturday afternoon and tried dealing with his insurance to get a wrecker. He was out there for almost six hours waiting on three different guys. Called Performance Towing and they had someone there in about 20 minutes. The driver was courteous and professional and got the vehicle back to a local garage in katy without issue. Great business to work with.
Brian is the best!!! My car was at least three inches from a fence and he managed to pull my car out without any damage at all. I was stuck in mud and all I have to do now is get a car wash on my front left tire LOL he is amazing I highly recommend
Today was an extremely cold night here in sugar land and of all the days, I found myself with a completely flat tire. I called owner Bryan of Performance towing and recovery and he without even a pause he said “I’ll be right there!” Let that sink in! That ladies and gentlemen is exceptional customer service. Bryan, the owner, personally came to pick me up in one of my greatest times of need tonight and could not have been more professional. He was patient, courteous, and went above and beyond to get me to my destination. He took less than 25 minutes to rescue me at peak towing times (this was during an unexpected flood, mind you) and made the experience comfortable. He even had a device that had multiple charge cables so I could charge my dying cell phone! 10/10 would recommend for all of your towing needs.
